Reliable Parts

Nice lobby area, friendly staff, reasonable prices. I was impressed and would come here again over Home Depot or Lowes. They had the unique part I needed and gave me more helpful info than a big store probably ever would.

This company has been good to us. We own an appliance repair company and their parts have been nothing but great. Their customer service is fantastic. We ran into some big shipping issues that were our fault and ended up costing us over $700. Ed called me and then he called UPS and ended up getting us over half of the money back. Didn’t expect that at all. But it was very above and beyond. Thank you!

I provided the correct part number to the employee for a replacement dishwasher drain pump. He could not find it on his website. He located it on a different website and showed me the part to confirm it was correct. The price was $55. I agreed that was the correct part and he went to ring up at ~$75! I asked about the discrepancy and he said it was the Sears parts website, not theirs, so they charge ~$20 more! I found it on Amazon for $35 with a two day wait. I would rather get it done today and would have been happy to pay $55 but double the Amazon price just isn't reasonable. : Reply after owner's comment: I'll see if the Amazon part is decent, but that's still no reason to charge $20 over what the other OEM website had listed that your own employee referenced!

I found the part I needed for my fridge and was searching online, everywhere had about a 10 dollar shipping cost for a 2 dollar part. Happened to come across Reliable Parts and they had the part in stock. Ordered online and picked it up the next day. Super easy and convenient. Would definitely order from here again.

Awesome place that England Plumbing Supply told me about. They had the leaky LG dishwasher drain hose replacement in stock that I needed. The service was exceptional on the phone and in the store.

They had the part I needed/wanted. In stock, locally. that is huge. The price was sadly about as much as ordering it in from "big online parts stores" so more expensive than amazon/ebay, but still...I could get it...maybe pricey because OEM? They were friendly on the phone.

I called super close to close and got Kat as the person to help me. She was amazing and didn't rush me at all. I am sure I probably made her stay late but she still was super helpful and kind through our whole conversation. Because of her I will continue to buy my parts from here

Yesterday was the first time I went to this store to try to find a part for my washer. These people were amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable and honest! I loved how the crew all put their heads together and worked together to give their input on what the problem could be. If I need a part for anything else in my apartment I’m definitely going back to these people. Thank you all so much! My washer is up and running again!

Went in on Saturday to get a new fan for my fridge. I had the person that seemed to be a manager helping me. I brought in the old fan to make sure I got the right one. The person helping acted like he didn't know what the fan was and asked if it was for a computer. This is a very common GE fan. I told him the new part number and without looking it up said that they were out. So he must have known what it was. I guess because I am not an appliance repair person he decided to treat me poorly. If you need appliance parts I would recommend the place on California Ave they were super helpful.
