Best Cleaner

So happy to have found this place - they do such a great job and have great service… for very reasonable rates too. Definitely one of the easiest dry cleaners I’ve dealt with in terms of payment, text notifications etc. too.

This spot is super reasonably priced, everyone who works here is incredibly nice and takes care of my things. I had a stain on a piece of clothing and they got it out so easily- only a small surcharge for same day pickup. My favorite laundry spot!Service: Laundry pick-up

All the 5 star reviews are fake and only done for a discount in service. In reality the owner doesn’t know how to handle if a problem arises. He lost an item of mine, clothes didn’t come back clean came back with hairs and stains everything is super wrinkled leaving me with more work at the end then if I would have done my laundry myself, I understand it’s not an ironing service however, wrinkles can be avoided if the clothes are immediately taken out of the dryer while they are warm. When I asked him about the missing item and the dirty bedding he started calling me a lier and demanded proof of me putting my items in the laundry instead of taking ownership and apologizing. In addition he blamed me for a ticket for using his phone while driving because he dropped off laundry at my place which is literally 5 blocks away. He did offer a discount for my next wash which at this point I didn’t take as I rather have my clothes clean and not missing. I was shocked and disappointed, especially since I was a loyal customer coming regularly. Needless to say I didn’t come back and I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone else. Update: the audacity in this comment is above and beyond claiming I sent photos of used handkerchiefs and mattress pads I don’t even own. I did go through a dispute with my bank and got the money back which I used to clean the still dirty laundry. Please let people make their own experiences and don’t try to fool anyone with potty lies. I made mine and all I did was share the experience. I’m not worried about ruining my public image by using a platform to review my experiences I have with a business. I usually don’t write many reviews even if I have a poor experience. So far I’ve only written good reviews in the past. I felt compelled writing one because I know how this company got the reviews they have.

My roommate and I come here every week, we absolutely love this place. They do an amazing job and always return our clothes perfectly folded and washed. I will continue using this place as long as I live close to them. Highly recommend.
