I’ve gone here a few times, and every time they give me my laundry back half of my socks are missing, and they’ve given me random socks that are clearly someone else’s, acting as if it’s a match. Overpriced given they are losing my clothing and trying to pass off someone else’s as mine…

Been using Sullivan for 10 years now - they do a great job also with tailoring and they are reliable and honest they often text as they are cleaning my stuff to clarify or ask questions which is really helpful. YeahHave never had an issue with any of their services or turn around times. Laundry prices are pretty standard for the neighborhood and alteration pricing always feels much more affordable than the place around the block.

They've been overbilling me by at least 150% for months. I was hoping for a resolution from the manager but was just ignored. Too bad because they have a good tailor and the quality of dry cleaning is decent but I am never going back again. If you choose to use their services my advice is to check the charges thoroughly. See attached their price list VS the amounts I've been charged.

Really recommend this place for alterations. I get all my alterations done here from simple to complex and the turnaround is quick and the quality of work top notch. In the rare instance I needed to come back because the waist was not taken in enough, they redid the work for no charge and no questions asked. Highly recommend!

Last week, I made the mistake of having 2 shirts dry cleaned at this place. I went to pick them up today and they denied ever taking my clothes. Not only was the staff rude and discourteous, but they even spun an entire story that I had only inquired about their rates and left without dropping any shirts. I didn't have my receipt then, but it was registered under a name and number, so I asked them to check that and they denied having any records. Just found my receipt and not only did they get my name wrong, but they did not register my number either. I don't know if this is habitual, or some new "business strategy" which allows them to pilfer customers' clothes in the unfortunate event that they lose the receipt. Needless to say, never going to this one again.

They are the most friendly people on the block! They are extremely professional and kind. They do a great job with my clothes. The place across the street is dirty and over priced.

I've been going here for 10 years now and have never had any issues. I usually get my dry cleaning and tailoring done here.
