The first time I used this company and plan to use them again. He was very friendly and courteous, was in contact the week prior to confirm the details, and re-confirmed the day of the trip. He was appropriately early on the pickup on both ends and delivered us to our destination hassle-free and on time. Highly recommended.

Love these guys!  I ordered a car for my trip to Vegas and the day before the trip hurricane Ida hit NYC, the morning of my trip I noticed at car a few doors down from my house just waiting, now because of the hurricane most of the street was a ghost town so the car wasn’t hard to notice. It wasn’t still about ten minutes before my pick up time that I decided to head outside just for the car to finally pull to me. The whole time it was the car waiting for me and he had to be waiting for at least 40 minutes before my pick THE MORNING AFTER A HURRICANE!  I was pleasantly surprise by this and amazed especially since everything else that day was delayed. my flight ended up getting delayed but only once I was already dropped at the airport so I ended up spending an extra 5 hours at the airport but again this all happened after I was dropped off at the airport otherwise I’m sure the company would have pushed back my pickup time. I share all of this because using this service was the only good thing about my day that day and for that I will always speak highly of them. I have already booked them again for two more trips I have coming up in a few weeks and I’m sure the service will be nothing less than exceptional.

This was an amazing experience.  We were collected by Maribel. The communication was excellent. The Limo was clean and beautifully refurbished. It was a very impressive trip. Highly recommended, excellent service.

I called them but numbers are not working, i visited them  couple of month ago and wanted to reserve it again but no answer, I tried more than ten times but ...  no answer at email either.. can anybody tell me their working number? Thanks.

Used them recently while on a trip with family to NYC, booked a limo on arrival from airport and a SUV for returning trip to airport.  Drivers were on time, friendly and professional in regards to driving in heavy NYC traffic. I would highly recommend them for transportation of family or business. Worth the extra money rather then taking a taxi. Thanks again.

Reserve this for my daughter’s senior trip to New York City we were picked up late even though they said they tried to call which they did not the driver never once said hi how are you welcome to New York nothing we got in the limo he rolled the privacy screen up and that was it we get to the hotel he unloads the luggage and doesn’t say thank you or goodbye or have a nice day or anything waste of money there are other companies that are very accommodating and make you feel very welcomed. On top of that the limo was dirty there was crumbs still in the limo from the previous people all in all not a good experience

I would give 10stars if I could. I did the round trip service from Newark airport to Manhattan then back to the airport. Both drivers were extremely professional and friendly.

Very professional, punctual and friendly. They provided us with booster seats. We had wonderful service with NYC Ruch Limo.

We used NYC Rich Limo on a recent trip to NYC over new years. We initially booked an SUV to collect us from JFK to go into Manhattan but they were so good we used them for the return journey back to JFK a few days later.  Sophia at NYC Rich Limo was a real pleasure to deal with from start to finish, quick to respond to my emails with plenty of details and a fixed price that included everything from tolls, parking to gratuity. Be very careful with other companies as these can be extra to the price they quote you. Once we landed into JFK our driver met us with a friendly smile and a handshake, took our bags and walked us to the car. Sophia had very kindly upgraded our car to a stretch limousine which had complimentary water in the back. Our driver helped us with our bags into the car on both ends and was very polite and professional.  On our return to JFK I booked a standard car with NYC Rich Limo and was again given a fantastic rate half the price that most hotels would quote you with everything included. They checked how much luggage I would be transporting so they could make sure they sent the correct car for me.  Once the car arrived it was again another fantastic black stretch limousine. Wonderful and very professional service again, really made the airport runs to and from Manhattan very special and exactly what we wanted.  Thank you NYC Rich Limo and Sophia I will not hesitate to recommend and use you guys again the next time I am in NYC.  5 Star service! *****
