I was looking for a used washer and dryer. Best used appliances is clean, organized, and their machines show well. I found an Amana gas dryer and washing machine that look well maintained and at an affordable price. Alvin assisted me in making my selections. I can't wait to try my new machines.

The best part of my experience was the kind gentleman that delivered my dryer. The fact that they are subcontractors to deliver truly speaks volumes. “ Robert” is very extremely unprofessional his gun strapped to his waistband is to intimidate instead to be used as protection. He showed me this by turning several times to where the gun was positioned. I was shown the gun because I disagreed with the inexperienced man he had peddling his appliances. This man took money from my account and tried to convince me that he canceled the transaction even though I showed him where it came out directly . This is the point in which “Robert” came out with a visible gun showing in the hopes of finding me in the wrong. Because I’m trained in this area I was able to de escalate the The situation so that my safety and life would be saved. These reviews aren’t reflective of any customers trust me. When you enter into his business it’s leaking nasty and wet. They sit at the front door with cameras but insisted, even though you are knocking and they can see you. You might ask why did I continued with this purchase? He had my money and was going to return it. I found him online and need a dryer for my rental. I will never use him nor anyone attached to him for business again.

Good quality used appliances if your money is low and you can't afford brand new these are good products

It's worth the trip to see these guys. They had a much larger selection of stoves than I expected. Very good prices, too. My wife and I were shopping for a used washer and dryer, we visited several stores and we were not very impressed until we found Best Used Appliances on Edmonson Avenue. I had many questions which the owner answered without hesitation. He asked a few questions and then showed us a selection of dryer sets that would meet our needs. He explained all the features and how these machines work. We purchased a very nice set and had it delivered the same day. This store is an old bank in the city, but the quality and the price made it worth the trip. I am very glad that we found this place and I highly recommend you to visit.

These guys allowed me to call in and give my description of the product I wanted, as well as dimensions, and then called me back to let me know they had a few matches. It was nice not to have to go down to the shop! They even sent photos of the final appliance I decided to go with, so i could put "eyes" on it before delivery. As promised, if there was any trouble, they would service the appliance. I've had two issues with an appliance and the second one they are replacing. I highly recommend working with these guys. True to their word!

Bought appliances and on both occasions they scratched up my walls. Owner stated he won’t be responsible for anything bc it is a 3rd party driving company however they have his name on all trucks. Rather then being a smart business man he has lost our business for life. Customer service is number one and he Robert the owner lacked it in the showroom and in fixing what they broke

Love these guys!!! We use them for our rental units and our own house. Great selection, awesome prices!!! Just got a stove and fridge for a rental, and they were delivered 2 hours later! Amazing!!!

Amazing prices! All of my major appliances came from here! Washer, Dryer, Stove and Fridge! Pam, the manager was very personable and helpful, answering all of my questions and finding me exactly what I needed! Best Appliances both new and used in Baltimore!

Customer service should be priority, and it doesn’t seem that way with them. Whether you deal with a landlord or the tenant, respect should be given. I was hung up on by a man, which I think is very feminine and rude. Fast forward to delivery day, the washer is dirty inside, as well as hooked up in an awkward position, not leaving any room to actually wash. But no big deal, I corrected it myself.
