Beatrice, the sales associate is very professional and honest. She provides exceptional customer service. I am a property manager so I am always in need appliances. I don’t have to come in the store to pick out my appliances. I can text Beatrice and she sends me a picture. I trust her judgements she is always on point. Beatrice is the reason my husband and I continues to shop at Janells. She is truly an asset to your company.

I do business with Janelle furniture and appliances all the time. They have a large selection of great used appliances. I own a few rental properties and I use Janelle Appliances to furnish my properties. They have great customer service and have great prices from low end to high. I highly recommend Janelle appliances to all my associates and colleagues.

I absolutely do not recommend this company. It is a fraud and the customer service takes a complete U-turn once you make the payment. We recently bought a gas dryer from them on October 19th. Chris was the sales person. Jose, the manager was involved throughout. They provided 90 day warranty on the dryer. They delivered the dryer on friday October 20th. On weekend, we ran the dryer with low load of clothes but the clothes did not dry. We called the company on Monday and they said they will send someone in the late afternoon. This dryer was for our rental unit so we gave tenants a heads up. But no one from Janelle showed up nor called. We called Janelle furniture again on Monday evening and they promised someone will be there but no one showed up. We called them on Tuesday and they said they will send someone in the evening. We again gave a notice to our tenants. Again no one from Janelle Furniture showed up. Being desperate as this was for our rental unit, we had to hire a 3rd party technician to look at the problem. He found that the drum is not rotating. We called Janelle furniture again and told them the problem. Jose, the manager promised us that he would come on Wed between 7 and 7.30 pm but neither he showed up nor did he call. We have a record of all the phone calls made to them and names of the person we spoke with. We have spoken with half a dozen of people at Janelle and reexplained the problem everytime. Everytime we got a different answer. I am not surprised their repairmen are busy as they are probably fixing problem after problem of their fraudulent products. Fortunately, we have legal services at our disposal and we are about to seek legal advice. We will also inform BBB.

I bought a refrigerator two years ago and now I bought a washer and dryer and the appliances are still working perfect. I recommend this company because they sell really good merchandise.
