Customer service was excellent. Shirley is amazing. So helpful, friendly and fun! The room was very clean, with minimal issues. The pool was clean and wonderful. The breakfast was great. Location was nice for our needs close to tournament areas, food, shopping.
Very nice. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Air conditioner was great and pretty quiet compared to other places we've stayed at. The staff was friendly and helpful. Shelly, who checked us in was especially good and made us feel very welcome.

Easy to find and check in was fast. Room was comfortable and clean. Would have given 5 but not enough towels in room. We also had to request another room because our 1st room was a smelly smoke room.. But we were immediately and quickly given another room.

My second recent stay at a Best Western after a long time of not doing so. The chain seems to have made a very nice comeback. Nice, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very nice, too it was a slow night, and she was SO grateful for our arrival to break the boredom.
The manager and his staff were amazeing customer service rooms were real clean I will definitely stay here again great location all stores restaurant s walking distance
