We have been a customer for more than 10 years. We have always received excellent results and superior customer service. Easy to drop off items without leaving car. Quick turnaround time on cleaning and laundry. Even though we have moved from the neighborhood, we still drive to Bestway. It's Albuquerque's best cleaners.

Being coming here for 20 years, the owners are Awesome, but their employees have poor customer service. I have asked them 2 times to dry clean all my clothes.They keep laundering them. Then an employee that slams the the glass door. Told her to do her job. Unfortunately I will find another cleaners.

This Asian man that works here told us to get away from his car. He was really rude. We were taking in our Pendleton, but we will use a different dry cleaner!

If you do not want your clothes permanently altered then do not take your clothes there. I took in a vintage sweater, service was fine the sweater looked clean. But when I got it home I realized there was a bar code sticker on the tag. I tried to take it off and realized it was clued on with a glue that seemed almost stronger than a glue gun. I could not remove it without damaging the tag. I called and the lady said that’s what they do to keep track and identify the clothing. She told me to take it back in the morning so someone could remove it because she didn’t know how. So we did. They did remove it but one letter on the tag was not the same and it still had a hard feel on it which I know is going to make my neck itch. But there’s nothing I can do but cut the tag off. I didn’t want to do that I wanted to continue to preserve my vintage sweater. I’m sure there are more efficient ways for them to keep track of the clothing. 7331 San Antonio Location
