Excellent Service & Personable staff.  They are thorough and help enormously with general cleaning and detailed cleaning.

They are the worst. I gave 3 chances. First go round did not clean at all broke a lamp and stole items from our home. Owners said they were mortified and used a brand new employee (whom they should have supervised) and they would not have her at our home again. We were told the second time the owners would clean and they did. It was a decent job. Third time around the owners claim to have cleaned. Downstairs pillows on the floor from our couch. Kitchen counter sticky as we left it, after having friends over for cocktails. We did not clean the spilt alcohol because we knew the house would be cleaned. The first master was cleaned but was not vacuumed. The second master had towels where our guests left them on the floor of the bathroom. Shower had hair in it , bed as it was left. In other words not cleaned. Same with the additional 2 bedrooms. You ask why we gave so many chances? It is hard to find anyone to clean our vacation home. Not that many people or services have availability, but now I guess we know why they do. BTW our home in Allentown is 3 times the size and it costs the same to clean and they do our laundry as well. Stay away, they are dishonest and not what they claim to be. I suspect any good review to be written by them!

If I could leave zero stars this business would have a total zero. I spent $200 to have them come clean a 3/2 home while I was at work. I got home and couldn't even tell they had cleaned there were dirt, dust, hair, and grime all over the floors still. Everywhere! I just wanted to warn anyone thinking of using this cleaning service to hopefully save them from wasting their hard earned money like I did. The owner wanted to send someone back out... I'm sorry but I paid you to come do it right the first time. If you had to have me tell you that it wasn't clean, then you're a terrible cleaning service, not a professional one. Do not waste your money or time people. Btw I never leave reviews good or bad because I never have time, but these people did such a terrible job and has such poor customer service and satisfaction that I had to make time for the sake of everyone.
