Don’t waste your money on this service. We hired them to clean our house before we moved in to clean up From some renovations, and they did a terrible job. Entire rooms were “cleaned” in that they might have run a vacuum, but there was still dust everywhere. Two rooms looked like they started to clean and  just stopped halfway through. 

I called to speak with someone when I saw the problems, and no one has called me back. That was over a week ago. 

Don’t waste your money on their one time clean, you’ll still have to spend hours cleaning up from this cleaning crew, and you’ll be out a few hundred. 

On a positive note, the areas they actually cleaned, they did a great job. So, if you can get them to actually do everywhere, they would be worth hiring.

I am very satisfied with the service I am receiving.  Not only is Team 9 working my home, but I have arranged for them to clean my parents as well - directly after mine is completed.  Each home has specific needs and they do not disappoint with the outcomes.  Very happy to have Rosa, Jennifer and Helen as my cleaning crew for not only my home, but my parents.  Thank you for your dedication and great job!

Great experience with the Cleaning Authority over the past year -- excellent service, amazing results, and it's a great feeling coming home to a clean house. They're even great with out cat!

Special shout-out to Team 3 -- Shelly, Marisa, and Alex did an excellent job this week and it was so refreshing to come into a nice clean house!

The team of Kristal and Adeliz do an amazing job every time.  They are the authorities on how to really clean!  The cleaning authority is very reliable and trustworthy.  I also appreciate their flexibility in scheduling.
