Bethlehem Home Health Care

This review is long overdue. Bethlehem was hired by the VA to provide a caregiver to my father to assist with bathing and food prep. The caregivers rarely stayed for the time required. Often one hour out of four. The caregivers were poison for my parents, who both suffer from dementia, by creating chaos by suggesting the family planned to put them away and take their things. Multiple times the caregiver did not show up and did not feed or give my parents meds. The management responded to their employees early leaving and missed work by stating that this is acceptable if the client says it is ok. This is totally unacceptable.. my parents have dementia and do not remember that they told them to leave. The VA should not use this group to provide care to VETS. And anyone who is looking for care for their aging parents look elsewhere.

I don't think it's a real healthcare place. I have waited for a year and as for as I can tell they haven't one new client. I have never seen any caregivers there. The office staff is barely there and doesn't do a damn thing for you.
