Saint Luke's Pain Management Specialists

I've been to quite a few hospitals and dealt with countless numbers of doctors over the last couple of years. Not one physician or nurse has shown me the kindness, compassion, or understanding that St. Luke's has shown. Not only that, but they are the only ones to give me real answers! No one has ever dismissed me or doubted me, and that speaks volumes.

Dr. Foster is is the best pain management Dr I have ever seen. He is very kind and sat next to me and explained my X-rays and walked me through everything he was seeing and answered all of my questions. He did not rave through the appointment and assured me that we were going to get to the scourge of pain from my Motor vehicle accident. The staff went above and beyond! During my procedure one of the nurses sat right on the floor and held my held and talked me through everything. Finally a Pain Dr that cares and understands! I am in the right place!

My grandfather was referred here for his leg and foot pain. As far as we are concerned his physician, Dr. Fraizer, isn't an issue. However, one of his staff was extremely unprofessional and impolite over the phone. Earlier the office asked to reschedule my grandfather's nerve block, which he did for a week later but by then would be out a medication Dr. Fraizer had prescribed him so when he called to ask if it was possible it could be refilled as was written on the bottle he was met with indignation and hostility for asking. I can understand if something is not possible, or that it might be frustrating to have someone not understand what you mean or what can/can't be done but her tone, language, and behavior were unwarrented, especially so early in the very brief conversation. I was privy to both sides of the conversation and was completely thrown off by her reaction to his questioning.

This office does not communicate with patients or physicians and list my medical records. I had an appointment Dec 30 and was supposed to be contacted for a return visit. I left my medical records there at their insistence, being told they would send them to me after copying. My MRI on CD was never returned, nor was written report. The initial appointment took 8 weeks weeks to get in and paperwork for referral was incomplete, yet neither I nor the referring MD was informed by their office. My treatment was never received and I had to find another office to receive treatment. They do not know how to run an office. I wouldn’t ever recommend them due to office staff incompetence.

Mark Bilezikjian is an absolute joke. Got referred this clinic by another urologist and this guy was terrible. Had his "under studies" come in and ask me a million questions, who genuinely looked like they wanted to help me. They leave and after 30 minutes Mark comes in and tells me "IDK why they referred you to me. I can't help you" and "I've never done a pain numbing injection in that specific area. I don't know what else to tell you". Funny because he had no problem charging my insurance. This guy should have his medical license stripped away for incompetence and/or lack of experience in the field.

Will tell you what day you appointment is and then schedule you a different date.

Pain clinic Dr. Foster and staff. Warm, willing, caring office and thorough.

I would never see this guy again. I dont care how many degrees you have if you dont have a heart. Arrogant.

They won't even return my phone calls or email.
