Pinnacle Physical Therapy is one of the best Therapy services I've had. I've been to several therapy clinics and this clinic along with the staff is amazing. They not only improve your needs but make it fun and enjoyable. Kara along with the rest of the staff are wonderful people. Happy I was referred to them.
I bring my grandma here for physical therapy, and one time her insurance had switched over and a Lady at the desk named Darian got everything figured out for us. My grandma gets really nervous easily and Darian was super kind and assured us that she would get everything figured out and sure enough she did. She probably spent an hour on the phone for us. She was patient, funny, and got the job done! Thank you and your staff so much! You guys have great people working for you.
This is a great Physical Therapy facility with a great staff. I've been here three different times dealing with neck and knee problems. Rex Town, the director, and Kara Shaver are really great therapists. They don't overbook patients so they have plenty of time to give individual attention to each of their patients . My neck problems were completely resolved after the first round of therapy. My neck was so bad I had difficulity turning my head seriously affecting my ability to drive. They also resolved the knee problems until I injured it again.
My review concerns the Antioch Rd, Kansas City office. I am in the middle of treatment as required to alleviate spinal issues. I have been visiting Pinnacle since September and I am very impressed with this place. Receptionists Darian and Cam are friendly and efficient – it is very easy to access, parking is free and you can park outside the front door virtually! - The Therapists are also friendly and very good at their job. It is not easy having to tell patients to do things with their bodies that are difficult and often something new, but these people are very good at it. They have the blend of being tenacious when they have to, but also empathetic too. As you walk in, all the therapists greet you and ask how you are and they know you by name. Rex, Sandy and last but certainly not least, Kiki, have been brilliant with me and the pain in my back is so much better. Kiki has treated me mostly and she has got to know what works for me and what doesn’t. I’ve an enormous amount of time for her. She’s fun to work with too. In the past, I’ve had physical therapy at a local hospital. It was fine, but with Pinnacle, it is so easy to get to, parking is a breeze and so much friendlier than the hospital. I thank them for alleviating my pain so much, and am looking forward to the last month’s treatment. I will certainly miss them when I’m finished! Ian J
Pinnacle Northland is fabulous. It’s like one has the benefit of a therapist and a trainer combined. I highly recommend this to anyone in the area who has had anything from a knee injury, to a sore shoulder to a stroke. They truly care about your success. And to make it even better, it’s all one-on-one. Just ask your physician to recommend them. You will be so happy. I always hope and pray that my physician will extend it. I can’t imagine missing
Pinnacle Therapy is a clean and professional clinic to heal from an injury. I'm very satisfied that my doctor referred me to their maven service.

I began seeking out a Certified Hand Therapist in October 2022 and my insurance company identified Jean Sublette. It took a while for my PHC physician to finally approve the procedure. The office manager, Stephanie, was super helpful and friendly. Jean is an excellent physical therapist. Her diagnosis was inflamed cartilage in my right wrist. She was thorough and attentive in the onsite sessions, and provided easy-to-understand exercises that I could perform at home between sessions. After two months, with 1-2 sessions per week, I was 90% back to normal. At my age, I figured that was as good as it was going to get. In my last session, Jean said I would probably continue to see improvement. She was right -- I am nearly 100% recovered. I highly recommend ARC PT and Jean Sublette in particular. Thank you Jean!
