Our Company rating went from A+ to NR so I called the BBB last week to find out why? I called twice last week, they tell me I need to speak to a Richard Ford. Then told on Friday he will be out till Monday.. I sent him an email last week and again today, no response at all. I call back today frustrated the BBB has no one to help me. Then I'm told I today need to speak to Samantha, and not Richard Ford. Who knows at this point? Maybe I can get help this way cause I seem to be getting the run around.

Good work, BUT get everything in writing - make them itemize every dime. And don't let them start work without it. They added $30k to my total bill and haven't justified a dime! Crooks from California!

These people steal personal belongings out of your vehicle and then call the police when approached about the stuff. Please look at your belongings when you get them. I am also reporting to them to the better business bureau.

I loved KS phlebotomy school! Karen is the best instructor out there. She does hands-on learning, she walks you through every procedure and makes sure you understand before she decides to move on to the next lesson.

I feel all BBB have lots their ethics a bit they stop working with media and other governing agencies and have become weak only seeking money from members while members careless about customers

I always trust companies that are approved and verified by the Better Business Bureau! They vet the businesses before giving them accreditation to become a member of the BBB! Trust is HUGE in the business world.

***DO NOT USE OR RECOMMEND NATIONAL ROADSIDE INC HOUSTON, TX.*** on Oct 2nd my car had to be towed, I only used this company because my insurance sent them, the tow driver Daniel Fitzgerald stole my gun out of my locked glovebox, I called the company multiple times. The owner said that he didn’t see anybody go inside my car when it was dropped off and when it was picked up to be delivered to Firestone. I have a witness that saw me lock my gun away. The owner or manager has called me like he was suppose to Im always talking to Martha or LaShonda. They know who the tow driver is but that business doesn’t care that their employee stole a fire arm, police report has been filed but nothing has happen. Do not use this place

This location in is crazy I asked for my records and was told I have to wait till the dr signs them because it’s her property Dr. Elle Fazlalizadeh how the hell is my medical records her or anyones property but my own I have a Dr appointment elsewhere and this is madness I encourage, don’t ever go to this institution. Texas State optical the young lady in the front was rude and i believe the Dr Elle Fazlalizadeh is in the back and refuse to sign now I will be reaching out to the head people of TSO and reporting them and also the BBB just wait. I wish I could give zero stars

I have used this service over the past 3 yrs off and on. It really works and the staff is great. I used to go to the Walters rd location but now they have an office in Conroe which is so convenient for me. Crystal and her staff are knowledgeable, encouraging, and very friendly. The office is spotless. The process is very relaxing with no down time. If you follow the program you will have great results. I feel so much better, sleep better and look better. I highly recommend Innovative Lasers of Houston/Conroe. You will not be sorry if you try it.

I don't know how to work this too well. But I downloaded pictures of a hospital I was just admitted to last week hopefully I'll be out by tomorrow. It is showing feces on the nightgowns. This was at St Joseph Hospital on Saint Joseph Parkway Houston Texas.
