5 stars to Jessica Estrada! Jessica is my homie. I really was all over the place when I first met Jessica. I didn’t know if I wanted a nice house, a fixer upper, or to just stay in my apartment. Jessica did not pressure me into buying anything. She just gave me time and checked on me. I needed her patience. When I did start looking, she would go to the worst places with me because I wanted a deal. I cannot say how, but just know she is dedicated to making sure you get a good feel of all the places. I appreciated the help. Not once, I mean never ever, did she give me an attitude. She was just super accommodating. If there was something she didn’t know, she would relay that to me and whoever she was gonna get the answers from. I was also enamored with how she was parenting all the while. We live in different times and I was just amazed at how much care and attention she was able to show her children and help me. I really felt like I was going with my friend and her kids to see houses. It may not sound great to some folks, but it showed me how she’s willing to overcome any situation. Then maybe a month after I stopped my search, she contacts me out of nowhere to let me know I won a bid. From there on out, she took care of everything. She setup all the appointments, fought with 3rd parties, and kept me informed all the way. When I closed, she didn’t have to do anything more for me. She still came over and helped me out. I enjoyed Jessica and I know you will to.

Susan Jenkins is possibly the most professional, knowledgeable and accommodating person I've had the pleasure of working with. She made selling our home so much less stressful than it could have been, especially being states away. She KNOWS what she's doing and she's so confident and personable. If ever given the chance I would choose to work with her again and again.

Do not trust this company. I was assigned to this realtor company through Navy Federal Realty Program. I was assigned a Realtor, LA, but was then assigned to her assistant, D. D was amazing with what she did provide, but LA was next to non existent and still wanted her name on the closing paperwork. I have had so many issues with my home since and this has been a very difficult two years. I would not recommend this company, the home inspection company QAI nor Navy Federal if you're looking to buy a home.

Phenomenal. If I was to use only one word to describe my realtor, that is the word I would utilize. Christina Miller & the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate staff whom assisted her - went above and beyond with getting my rental home sold quickly! With utilizing a professional photographer for pictures/video, to staging the home, executing open houses, and using every resource available for marketing the house…I was absolutely astounded with her quality of work and her determination to get the house sold. She is extremely responsive, committed, and knowledgeable. But that’s not it, she is genuinely concerned for her client’s best interests. With that said, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but her.

I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Christopher Bolling. My wife and I were first-time home buyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. He is honest and hands-on and he really helped to take the pressure off of us. He wasn't pushy at all, worked within our budget, and gave great advice about areas, schools, future resale, etc. I would, and will, recommend Chris to anyone in the market to purchase or sell a home. We will also look to Chris when we have any future real estate needs. We were impressed with Chris's professionalism, personality, and his genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on our new place.

Mary Lucy was our realtor. We went to her through Navy Federal. She was good at first. But after we closed we realized she did not do everything she said. She was supposed to get us a year of insurance for our house and was wrong about our HOA fee. When confronted we were told we were supposed to Follow up with her but that’s not our job! Very frustrated with how our agreement was handled. We will not be using them or Navy Federal for our home in the future!

I am in the market for a townhome, but I already have an agent who is a family friend. Because of my price range it has been hard to find a listing that fits my price and needs, and when I have put in offers investors have come in and paid cash-which obviously I can't beat. I have looked at probably 50 different listings over the last 9-12 months, and I don't want to bother my friend and realtor with every little question because I know in the end she is not going to make a whole lot off my purchase I'm just trying to be a good friend and give her more time to help other buyers who I know she will be able to benefit from more. I called Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Native American Group in hopes of asking one very simple question about a property they had listed. All I needed to know was whether or not the property would qualify for regular financing or if I would need a renovation loan it looked like cosmetic repairs, but you never know and it did not have this described in the listing description like it sometimes does. I was told that because I already have an agent that they would have to call and ask. I told them I didn't want to bother my agent with this, it is a simple yes or no question or they can tell me they honestly don't know-that's fine too. I asked if that meant I could not speak to an agent at all and was told that they weren't saying that but that my agent would need to call them to ask the question. If they want their sellers to actually sell their houses they would be able to take 2 minutes out of their day and answer a simple question. Because of this treatment, I don't even plan on talking to my agent about it because I don't want Better Homes and Gardens to benefit from a sale that they gave unacceptable service on...
