My name is Chris Pollinger. I had a screen porch for over 9 years & was tired of the wind,pollen,rain & snow coming into the porch. I replaced parts of my screen numerous times & replaced 3 doors to the porch. I reached out to Betterliving Sunrooms & Awnings of Delamarva & they solved my problems. Matt Whalen came out &explained to me what they could do to make all these issues go away. Wow, I was impressed with the presentation & the time Matt spent with us. The final product exceeded my expectations. Our Sunroom is 16 by 20 & is our main room now...The view of the snow..rain..wind..is ok now..no more cleaning pollen off the furniture now.I can use this room 365 days a year now...All the employees were very courteous & worked well together. They kept everything very neat & cleaned up every day..The 50 year ..transferable warranty is also a great addition.. My yellow 70 lb. lab (shortly after room was finished)actually knocked out the screen on my sliding door & I had to call Matt...They came right out & there was no charge. I wish I would have done this first before doing the screen porch. I am very happy Betterliving Sunrooms & Awnings of Delmarva customer.. We love our new sunroom from Betterliving of Delmarva! We've been using it more than we expected to, even in the recent intense heat, and it has fast become our favorite room in the house. We had a party last weekend for our neighbors to see it, and they also give the room rave reviews!
