Callaway Furniture

My La Z Boy rocker had a broken recliner mechanism. I phoned Callaway Furniture to ask how to get my chair fixed. They told me to bring it to the store and they would look at it. Within thirty minutes my chair was fixed and they were friendly and courteous. It is wonderful to deal with a business that offers excellent service.

Clean store. Prices are average. Furniture top notch. They select the best quality furniture and pieces. We have bought from Callaway's several times.

Just browsing thru different furniture stores one day for a couch and stopped at Callaways on my way home.. The store was clean, Very nicely arranged, smelled nice, and the people were friendly and seemed genuinely interested in helping. The prices were a little out of my comfort zone but even though I didn't buy anything the people there didn't treat me any different than someone who bought something. Nice family owned and operated local business.. :)

Had to have a central roller replaced last year due to a defect........took forever to have this done..........that same roller this year is now putting wrinkles in awning......called over 2 weeks ago.........still awaiting a responce. Customer service is horrible.
