I worked with Chris Martin during September of last year. My whole experience was positive and Chris was extremely honest, transparent and available. From my first encounter with Chris I could tell that he genuinely wanted to help. This was validated by his approach in that he didn't play a numbers game like some other recruiters. Instead he took the time to understand me both professionally and personally. Chris also demonstrated a great attention to detail and took into consideration how I would fit into the culture of every office. I think this really paid off as I accepted a role within two weeks and with the first company I interviewed with. I would absolutely use Chris and Betts again and would recommend it to others.

Anna Anthony from Betts Recruiting has been fantastic to work with right from start to finish! She has been reliable, transparent and had faith in me from day 1. Above and beyond is the service she has provided and I highly commend her for that. Many recruiters shy away when a candidate requires visa or sponsorship, however in my case I was fortunate enough to have met Anna who instead listened to what I was looking for in a role. I have been working with Sam Schiffris and Betts for the past 2 weeks and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. After living and working the last two plus years abroad, my interviewing approach needed to be adjusted due to cultural differences. Sam has been a mentor, coach, and guiding voice through the process of finding my ideal career. I was on the verge of getting an offer from an up and coming hi tech start up, after only one week, but we decided that we would both go in different directions. I'm confident that with Sam's help, I will find an opportunity that is suitable for my unique skillset and experiences. He has coached me through every part of the process and I would recommend Betts and Sam to anyone that is hungry to continue or start a career in sales.

It was great working with Betts and I am extremely thankful our paths crossed! I was transitioning through a career switch, and it would not have been the same without Chris Martin's guidance. Chris was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process. Chris helped prepare me for all my interviews as well as very supportive as I talked through pros and cons. This was a tough and exciting transition for me and Betts helped immensely. I look forward to remaining in touch with Chris and the Betts team.

I had an excellent experience with Betts. Raquel Noya reached out to me before I was actively looking. At the time, I was not interested in pursuing other opportunities; however, when the time came, we reengaged and she was tremendous throughout the whole process. She was pleasantly persistent (which, coming from a Sales background, I really respected!) and did a great job preparing you for each interview, as well as getting feedback. I was interviewing elsewhere as well, and she was very good about looking at the whole picture of what was best for me, not just the positions she brought to the table. Overall, my experience was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone pursuing a new career path!
