BG Lein Management

I didn't live in their properties but my grandma did and I was with her throughout the entire process. All I can say is we've experienced nothing but professional and loving people from the office to the property manager Brian in Waukesha. I'd absolutely recommend living in one of their properties. The complex she lived in was very clean and looked after. They gave my grandma a home to stay mid pandemic - which is still happening and for that I'm grateful. Not to mention how hard it is to find anything in a time like this. Thanks so much! We hope to continue this relationship with BG Lein.

My biggest mistake here was not listening to the reviews before I rented with them. While I was living there I had little to no serious complains when it comes to rent or anything like that, I love my apartment, neighbors, never had trouble paying, etc… the only complain was lack of communication with maintenance but I didn’t stress it too much as it was nothing major at the time, but moving out is a dishonest nightmare. And they WILL NOT call you to discuss anything, since they know they are shady. They have no regard for the fact that THEY disregarded things they wrote into my lease, and they never provided me access to a storage unit. They charged me to have the carpets shampooed when I left, which should be ROUTINE cleaning and should also be covered by the $500 NONREFUNDABLE pet deposit, $250 per pet and I had two, I paid as should they 1 broken blind in my opinion, because we all know what cats are like. As a company they have no regard for fairness, and no regard for their responsibilities in communication.

Rude staff, and I mean RUDE. Landlords will try to enter your premises without notice for showings. Dumpy locations. Buildings aren’t taken care of. You don’t get assigned a storage unit. If none are available, then you don’t get one. Hallways smell like smoke. Garage door is usually broken. Only positive thing I have to say is they give you an app to download to pay your rent, you get a decent grace period, and rent is affordable. Otherwise, keep looking. You’ll thank me later.

I have been a tenant of B.G. Lein Mgt. for 12 years. During that time all calls for maintenance issues were resolved within two days of the request. Often maintenance men responded the same day the request was made. Work was done completely and correctly. Maintenance staff were always polite and friendly as were the office staff. I would consider renting from B.G. Lein in the future.

Shady company, application denied for no reason given, apparently it’s the “law” for them to not disclose why a application was denied, I have one reference on the application that wasn’t once contacted and current landlord said they were a bit nonchalant. Make 3 times income, no evictions , no criminal background, denial without reason, had to call the office myself to see what was going on. The hell with them, I’ve applied twice with these plp. They clearly pick and choose who they want to deal with beyond basic credentials. Seems like a case for the fair housing authority….I wonder what response they’ll give too this since they don’t respond to emails Update: I called that office twice and asked if anything else was needed, and I never got a indication that something was missing at all, again I rest my case

My roommate and I have had a great experience with BG Lein. Firstly, I had a previous lease ending and would have had no place to live, but Brett went out of his way to get us into the apartment we wanted on very short notice. They take very good care of the property, landscaping is always done nicely and snow removal is done promptly. In addition, all maintenance requests have been taken care of in less than 24 hours. I have had terrible experiences with other rental companies in the past but BG Lein is not one of them. I have not had any issues during the year and a half I have lived here.

Currently in one these apartment complex. On 3064 s. 60th all i have to say theyre very racist here and i continue on getting a 600 dog fine added to my rent due to supposely complaints. Funny thing is i own no dog. And when calling to office to correct that even had my wife go do a in person complaint about all this unfair/racism going on here only response is Wel we got serval calls. I find it very un professional and quit unfair they feel the right to jst keep adding that fee without sending the owner or somebody to actually inspect my place when TOLD they can feel free to stop by anytime to inspect the FIRST time this incident accurred. Mind you since then been frequently since. NEVER AGAIN!

SLUMLORDS DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Check the local news. They are being sued for being TOTAL Crooks. Very money hungry and incentive selfish group of “human beings” if we can call them that!!! If you see any 5 star ratings it’s from their friends/staff. Look at the attitudes they give in their responses to the true one star reviews. Too bad we can’t do negative stars! They will enter your apartment with no notice, keep your deposit and try charging ridiculous cleaning fees for all of their dumps that they own and manage. Take my advice and Steer Clear of these nightmare “human beings” like I said if we can call them that. We all need to get together and file a class action law suit against these crooks for their unlawful business practices…BEWARE!!!!!

My roommate and I had a great experience with BG Lein over the past couple of years. We both kept to ourselves and were never loud or disruptive. Rent was always paid on time and we never really had any issues. My concern was that once we moved out, we would not get our security deposit back because of all of the bad reviews here on Google and Facebook. We followed all of their steps including paying to get our carpet professionally cleaned and showing the receipts. We made sure to leave as little trace as possible. We also ended up leaving earlier than the 60 day notice that we sent them. So because of that they let us know that we were responsible for the apartment rent-wise till the notice was up. We made sure to pay that as well. Though it looks like everything checks out because we got our security deposit back in full. I would recommend these guys, but use the previous reviews as a word of caution/warning.
