Janet was an absolute superstar. The bride and the bridal party all came in from out of town the bride flew in from Colorado!, and last minute our plans at a different boutique fell through. We were able to swing by Anthropologie weddings and were squeezed in for an appointment. We were so appreciative, and Janet was SO helpful and kind. She was a calming presence and so knowledgeable. Janet was the experienced, guiding voice that is so helpful when wedding dress shopping. Cannot recommend this sweet soul enough.
I obviously wasn’t the bride, but I was her accomplice for the day. We both had a great time. The attendant who helped us was amazing. The atmosphere was so relaxed yet formal and lovely. Afterwards the bride talked about how out of all the places she’s gone, they had the most options that Amatches her style and B had her size on hand for her to actually try on. Great wedding dress shop, and quite affordable comparatively.
I am very pleased the staff was able to accommodate the quick switch from a bridal appointment to a bridesmaid appointment. Although, it seemed like the stylists were confused if I even had an appointment since they believed they were finished for the day I made my appointment 5 weeks in advance. Finally they were able to find a stylist to assist my MOH and I but not without some reluctance it seemed. She kept emphasizing that she believed she was finished with appointments for the day which already started our appointment with us feeling unwelcome. The bridesmaid selection was very sparse but I understand there are more online and they only keep so many dresses in store. The stylist made some uncomfortable comments about my curvy MOH that made her feel very self conscious of her size. We were extremely uncomfortable with how pushy the stylist was to get her to try on dresses she did not want to. This was our last appointment of the week and it left much to be desired. After visiting other bridal salons that made us feel welcome and confident this appointment was extremely different. Very disappointed.
10/10 Janet was beyond perfect. I have a curvy figure and small waist and she got me the extract dress I wanted but didn’t even have on my list!!! So funny, sweet and had so much knowledge on every single dress! Thank you so much Janet, I wouldn’t have found a dress without you! dress I picked not posted… keeping it a secret! :
Aja, my stylist, was so kind and immensely helpful!! After visiting other bridal shops where I couldn't find dresses I loved or the workers were pushy, I feel so relieved. The dresses here are incredible and I got to pick them out myself. It was a low pressure, relaxed environment to find the perfect dress! Update: I returned to get my veil and my stylist Mariah was SO helpful and sweet. She showed me other options I hadn’t even thought of and helped me make my decision with no pressure. I came to shop alone so it was nice to have stylists to help me decide my look, without any pressure to purchase immediately or make a decision. I thought about it at home and used the links they sent to buy my dress & veil. I can’t wait for my wedding day and I owe it to these amazing stylists for helping me choose the right look!
Alexis was a DREAM to work with. I'm so glad she was my stylist. I was very nervous for this experience, but she was so sweet, related to me super well, was genuinely looking to make my dream a reality, and she was so crazy kind. She made my time at BHLDN above and beyond what I imagined. I will share photos after my wedding in August. These dresses are gorgeous and very affordable. 10/10 would recommend. Shoutout to my stylist Rae, who pushed me out of my comfort zone for the better. I initially came in wanting a simple design, but showed me a dress totally opposite of what I was asking for and guess what? It turned out to be so me in a way I never would have expected! I felt so glamorous and vintage Hollywood chic on my wedding day.
I just ordered my wedding dress from BHLDN after having such a great experience at my appointment! I brought 5 girls with me and Mary Catherine was my appointment helper. Mary Catherine was AMAZING. I cannot say enough good things, especially after visiting more bridal shops around town after the appointment I realized even more just how helpful and kind Mary Catherine was. She made me feel relaxed during our appointment and did not pressure me to decide on the spot, she validated my feelings and shared in my excitement about the dress I ended up purchasing. I hope she gets a bonus!!
5 star experience! I highly suggest coming here for all of your bridal needs. Their selection is awesome whether your looking for traditional or non-traditional. Shoutout Janet, who was beyond friendly, helpful, positive and in no way pushy. She helped me choose dresses that fit my style, and got a sense of what I was looking for. This was my first wedding dress shopping experience, and I ended up purchasing the very first one I tried on. Thank y'all so much for being so accommodating! Veronica was also super helpful in assisting me with finding the perfect dress for my bridesmaids! She went absolutely above and beyond from calling around to other locations, finding different sizes, to checking in with me a week later offering additional help. Thank you so much Veronica, you're a rockstar!
We had a lovely and easy experience at BHLDN! The entire staff was friendly and attentive. Prior to my appointment, a dress caught my mom’s eye and Austin helped get her quickly set up in a dressing room and brought beautiful additional dresses she might like. She offered us refreshments as shared some dress options and was very sweet! During my appointment, Kiley was so kind and helpful! I never felt rushed or pressured. She was great at helping me narrow down my favorites based on my desires for my wedding day, and I ended up saying yes to my BHLDN dress that day! I LOVE my dress and they have tons of gorgeous gowns that are unique in style and surprisingly affordable for how beautiful and quality they are! It was easy to explore many options that were perfect on a budget. Thankful for the special experience we had at BHLDN!
