We had a great experience with the on-site seamstress, who tailored my son's dress shirt to wear as a ring bearer in a wedding. She was thorough when we discussed different ways to trim down what was originally a shirt an original pick to coordinate with the theme that was maybe 3x his size. Had the best experience here! I moved to NY recently and was worried about finding a good dry cleaners and tailoring service but was so grateful to find this place. Everyone is so friendly and go above and beyond to meet your requests. I got a sequined dress tailored to perfection and the price was very reasonable. Will definitely be coming here again!

I used Biba for several months to launder and press men's business shirts. The last few trips, every time I picked up my laundry, they had managed to destroy buttons on at least one of my shirts during the pressing process. At first I thought this was due to older shirts' buttons breaking down, but then they destroyed buttons on two brand new shirts, so I had a conversation with them about gentler handling on the next batch. They made a note about additional care during the pressing process. When that batch came back, buttons were again destroyed on two of my shirts. One of them had mother of pearl buttons, which don't weaken over time with exposure to detergent unlike plastic buttons. It takes a lot of force to completely shatter this kind of button, so clearly my request for gentler handling was completely ignored. Unless you like having to repair your clothes every time you get them cleaned, I recommend you look elsewhere for cleaning. I won't be returning.Services: Clothes pressing

Dry cleaned about 20 dress shirts here. Price was overly expensive and they destroyed about 6 of my shirt collars leaving them unwearable. You’ve been warned

I only come for the wash and fold. Love the service. It does what promises. It’s not always same day if that’s what you are expecting. It’s best to call them for pick up on the same day. I do not believe they schedule future pickups.

Sad to see how this place went from excellent and reliable service to a very poor costumer service, the new unfriendly lady who is at the front needs to understand that treating people with good manners is part of her job and registering clothes brought into their computer system is a usual part of the service, so I can get a receipt for the clothes left. Hopefully the new owner makes the necessary changes to give us the service that we use to have in this place otherwise they will lost loyal costumers.

Always a great smile when I walk through the door. They were kind enough to let me leave the cart with them since I wasn’t returning home. That was convenient. They are very prompt and thus far have not noticed kissing socks which is something that drives me nuts about these types of services. I pair my socks purposefully when I’m sending them out to be laundered. Several places somehow lose one of the socks. This place has yet to follow that completely annoying pattern.

Best cleaners ever anything I get cleaned here is always done perfect and the customer service is always great

Used the wash and fold service every week for a year and a half. Very reliable service and my laundry is always ready on time. Pricing is on par with other places in the area. Also had good dry cleaning experiences. Very happy to have this as my local laundry spot.
