Seriously the BEST experience we’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle! No pressure at all and when they say they have the best prices, they mean it! We had just come from a dealership in Bessemer where we were told that our budget was too low and we would have to up our limit to get what we want. We drove an hour and a half to Bice where we got exactly what we wanted for $5,000 UNDER our budget!! We worked with Aubrey, who was wonderful, and we are telling everyone we know to check this place out. We were in and out of here with our almost new truck in less than an hour!! We will definitely purchase from here again!

I choose Brian Bice to order a Jeep Grand Cherokee since I could not find one in the color and configuration I wanted. Brian ordered the vehicle and I picked it up yesterday. I wanted to trade my Toyota Highlander with him if he would give me a fair trade in value. I was prepared to sell the vehicle myself and was pleasantly surprised when Brian showed me his valuation so the trade in was successful to me. This was my first interaction with Brian and I can truthfully say it was the best treatment by a car dealer I have ever experienced. Truly a 5 star dealer! Addition - yesterday I bought the new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with a trade in of my Ford Focus. This time most of my interaction was with Jason Tapley. So double the above comments - this dealership, Brian and Jason are the best. Ron

Such a great place to buy a vehicle. Was super fast and the process was so simple! Mr. Aubrey was fantastic at helping me and answering all questions. Want a new car and want the process of buying to be done fast go here! Everyone was nice and polite and helpful! I loved the experience and will definitely go back for all my next vehicles!

It took us over a year to find the perfect car, but our patience paid off when we found just what we were looking for (a Honda Pilot) at Bice Motors. Bice is 70 miles from our home but it was totally worth the drive. No haggling or hassles. It was the most pleasant car-buying experience we ever had. As we were leaving, they couldn’t find the Pilot’s second key and said they’d mail it to us as soon as it was located. But they couldn’t find it — so they mailed us a blank electronic key and paid for our local Honda dealership to program it. That kind of customer service is a rare thing today. Very trustworthy.

Great people who work here. If you ever need to put your car in the shop, I highly recommend Bice. They have been a huge help, going above and beyond!
