Thank you Skilynn!!! Best sales associate that I've recently experienced. Excellent attitude very helpful and determined to help me with my exchange without a receipt for a pair of boots that were gifted to me, and went above and beyond by helping find a pair of work boots. I must have tried on every all black boot, hiking boot, and shoes they had until we found a pair that fit right. I felt so bad that Skilynn had to keep going to the back room to bring me out pair after pair. But she did it all with a smile and a willingness to help. I really appreciate her for all the help and the shoes that we found are perfect. Thank you Skilynn.

So today I was finishing up the last of my Christmas shopping and as I was checking out I ran into a very rude, miserable man named Vincent. He apparently got mad because I kindly asked him if he could plz toss a starbucks cup my younger son had just finished and there were no trash and in sight. He did not give me a bag for items so I asked for one and he just threw it on the counter. Stay away from this store if you don’t want you’re mood ruined by people who can’t stand who they are.

It's not bad for a small store. I've never had a problem shopping or with the staff, I have been there when there's been difficult customer's but that's any where even the Chino Hills store has it's days. Not everything is going to be at the stores, shipments purchases, check online with the stores closest to you & check the availability if it says low in stock it's best if you call, have them check & hold it for you.

The store employees looked very unhappy. The manager actually looked very angry. My return did go smooth. It was just an unhappy environment.

Came in here looking for a few things. The staff was very helpful and helped me find exactly what I needed.

Good service by the store employees. Very attending to clients and courteous as the product was loaded into the car.

I am signed up for their email club. And there are times I'm able to vet things I wanted and at a lower price. Especially on shoes. Husband goes through shoes rather quickly and it doesn't help our Papillon will eat his shoes. So when I can get a sale and extra off, I will take it. But I do call the 2 in my area to make sure which one has his size and color.

I love this location. The staff is pleasant. The cashier made me feel like family. I went in to look at shoes and fishing gear. No hurry no pressure.

went in to buy ammo, manager basically accosted me and asked if I needed help. I asked if they had ammo, manager said she was too busy on the floor to go in the back to get ammo. I told her Okay, thanks and left. Mind you there were hardly any customers in the shop at 7:15pm or so. Terrible laziness or perhaps she didn't need my business.

I went to the store because they overcharged me on a sale item and Vincent was the person that helped us and he was very very rude and he told us in the end of the conversation he asked if I still wanted him to help me and if I was not going to be nice then he was not going to help me he was rude I have a picture of him and I would never go back to the store cuz he was rude he said he was a store manager
