Shoe City

Won't buy my family's shoes from anywhere else. Great prices, just wish they'd get new stuff more often. My son's love their back to school shoes and my husband loves his new shoes too. The woman who works there I can't believe I forgot her name is very sweet and helpful.

They have a great selection of shoes but the only thing is that only a bunch of grumpy old people work there and are less than enthusiastic about helping you when you ask them something. I felt unwelcome and rushed. If not for their great selection and great prices I would not do business with them.

I will never shop at another Shoe City location ever. I bought some shoes at their Rosmead location and they fit a little tight, I went to exchange them at their Chino location, where I live by, and the owner there made every excuse not to take them back saying : "this is a different shoe, we don't carry these" I walked around the store with her, found the shoe and then she goes, "well this is bought from a different district take them back at to the store you bought them at in Rosemead" I was at a job site when I bought them and I live in Ontario, I had the receipt in my hand from that day. Then to top it all off, I call their corporate office thinking they would make the situation right, and they call me back saying "because it's a franchise store they cant do anything about it" last I checked the receipt says if returned within 30 days and the shoe hasn't been worn I can return or exchange, now I'm stuck with a tight pair of Van's that I cant wear. Take my advice and go to any other shoe store in town these stores don't care about customer service as much as they do sales.

I came to purchase some tennis shoes it is 8:40 and they asked us to leave because they close at 8:50 the Sign and website say they close at 9:00 pm at night I left if they don't want my business I can take it somewhere else

Apparently this shoe city doesn't take other shoe city gift cards. What? So instead of staying near home. Had to drive another half hour away for one that would.

I visited it yesterday and it didn't have anything there I liked. Their going out of business, so there selection was scarce. It's not even showing shoe city in Chino. I don't know what city these images are from.

Survive here is ok for some of the time for example...when they have sales. Otherwise, if you go in during a busy day it's hard to find help. Especially when it seems like they are huffing from you. The prices are not much cheaper than other stores either.

Came here to get some shoes for me and my wife, we were the only ones in the store and we were getting look at like we were going to steal something, the guy came out and we ask for some shoes my wife liked and we bought them and left.

Came in to buy my son shoes. Each time we liked a shoe, couldn't find it in his size.

They did my exchange with out complaining. They took the shoes, told me how much I had, then helped me out.
