Story

Big City Burgers and Greens is founded on the idea that food can be healthy, socially responsible and fun.

We purchase local meats and greens whenever possible to support our local farmers. We use organic, antibiotic and hormone free beef and free-range poultry and fry in 100% trans fat free canola oil. We are also proud to be one of Iowa’s first 100% compostable restaurants.

Our space is available for evening and weekend rentals, or we can cater your next event at your home, business or in the ‘burbs.

Salads are top-notch and service is outstanding, mediocre burgers from a standpoint of cook quality however. I recommend the Ensalada Greens!
Atmosphere was nice and clean but the burgers were small so the price of 7.00 and up was not worth it. You had to buy your side dishes and drink separately . You could get more for your money at hardee's or burger king. We won't go again. We paid $15.39 for 2 small hamburgers. Not worth it at all .
Big City Burgers and Greens is one of my favorite lunch spots! Food is great and the staff is friendly and quick. They regularly have have Groupon deals so check that out! I prefer the normal fries over their truffle fries. You can also order online!
Great food and great atmosphere. We went around 1 on a Tuesday and it wasn't real busy. The bacon Bleu and big city fries were fantastic!
Have been a regular at this place for some time so I clearly love their food, especially the fresh options. Recent menu cuts and cost saving measures have taken this place from unique lunch spot to Anywhere USA burgers and greens. Sad to see them throw in the towel.
