Burger King

I ordered and paid for extra cheese, but didn't get extra cheese. French fries were old and not very good at all. This is my favorite fast food place when the food is hot and fresh, but my last few visits have been disappointing.Food: 3/5

I’ve ordered using DoorDash app. I’ve received my order and everything was sealed! But half my hamburger was missing!! I called Burger King and I tried explaining to the manager about my situation but she kept interrupting and saying I needed to inform DoorDash about my situation. But I said I received my order sealed!! So it’s obvious it was their fault for giving me half the order!!…she then hung up on me! DoorDash please!! Do something about these ridiculous and rude individuals that “work” hand and hand with you’re operation…

Had nothing but issues with delivery I placed the order directly through the Burger King app and tried to call SEVERAL TIMES to explain what happened and get the situation rectified and the “manager” Chris was a complete waste hung up on me mid conversation and threatened me when I called back, refused to answer the phone after he made threat. Will be contacting corporate in the morning!

First off, I have never had a problem with the staff. The food here is just not good. The whopper patties are over cooked. Thin, hard, the edges are burnt. The fries are limp and bland. I’ve tried this BK 3 times in the past 2 years, and I’ve been disappointed every time. Not sure if it’s this location or all Burger King’s have gone downhill. Disappointed.

I’ve ordered from this store twice, and only one meal turns out the way I order, apparently it’s hard to read a screen to make sure the order is correct, plus the manager on night shift was VERY unprofessional.

My food was prepared wrong so I called to complain. Manager on the phone hung up on me so I drove to return my food. Drive thru was only option to do so. I was greeted with another manager who slammed window on me when I proceeded to say something about being hung up on. They would not give names or contact info for the franchise. One lady even told me she didn't identify as human and that her name was RDD2. Since I sat at the drive thru in an effort to get proper answers, she told me she would call the police. I was not being rude but was made out to be the bad guy. What kind of management teaches their team such disrespect of customers? I also found the info for the franchise and emailed and called but have not heard anything back. Apparently, it's acceptable to treat people this way since people keep going there.

Bacon cheeseburger was awful. Maybe 3ozs of beef, half a piece of bacon. Was very thin and dry. Disappointing.Food: 2/5

Love their pancakes. Great breakfast food. Super nice employees. Fast, good, consistent food and service.

Staff could be more friendlier. Food is a hit and miss there. One time good, next time horrible. Leave there burgers on too long. The edge of the burgers are burned. Hard. Buns are stale sometimes. And idk what's going on with the burger king's I've been too, but they are getting cheap with the ketchup . Practically none at all. Just not the burger king in my top 5. They close at 7:30 p.m. everyday.
