Big Lots - Salem

They need to keep up with pricing, so much had zero price. Still love me some Big Lots though.

Very friendly staff, and great place to be. Despite shortages, they've done well at keeping the shelves pretty stocked. There was an unfortunate point where they couldn't accept EBT, but I hear they are once again! Which is great news. While some stuff is a bit on the spendy side, they have pretty great prices on certain things, and I quite enjoy shopping there.

Lots of fun things to look at. The store was clean and organized. It was a fun place to shop

Their shelves are getting better with stock. My cashier is always awesome and friendly. He's is fun!!

In this day and age seeing empty shelves is becoming the new normal. That being said when I walked in the door I was greeted by an employee, I like that because it makes me feel like they are glad I'm there. I found some cute cat items which always makes me happy, and I found a big bottle of generic Tylenol also makes me happy, it's getting hard to find a good deal on a big bottle, $7.00 isn't that bad. The cashier was friendly and helped me get a small discount by finding my reward account, again saving money makes me happy.. all in all a good visit to Big Lots, I think I will be back again.

Store was a bit dirty but okay, doesnt help that there were some homeless people outside begging and being agressive.

I have only been to a Big Lots a handful of times… I tend to forget they exist no offense. I dropped in looking for a specific item that I thought they might carry at a lower price. I did get the opportunity to ask someone if they had them and where they might be. She was very polite and friendly. The overall feel of the store is similar to a dollar store. The assortment of products are miscellaneous and the number of employees quite low. That being said some of the prices were okay; however some were quite higher than I might expect for what they were. I don’t expect much from the store and it was on par with that. Overall it was fine. Somewhere between dollar store and Ross.

Very friendly and apparently funny...if u need pillows they got em! I did not do this...I would have spelled out "JACK" ALSO!

I liked it. They had things that no one else has.
