Huge store to find various items. Numerous options for women's clothing. Men's clothing is decent and better choices when it's stocked. Parking is good. Great deals. Lines to pay depends the time you go.

This place is a bargain, you can try to dig precious here but the only thing is the categories somehow mix something together is a little confusing and the box of some merchandise are felling apart.

The store was clean and well organized. There were many clothing items made with very cheap fabric. Understandable to a point since the store is a discount store but it seems worse the past couple of visits.

Poor Service, called to ask a question about a product which he commented they didn't have much in the line of perfume, I asked him to look please, they waited one second and replied with "No we don't have it!" The person obviously didn't want to go look. The service at the Lancaster store has been going down hill for quite some time now!

I took a client to Ross Dress For less and was really surprised with their prices. Just like everywhere else I guess inflation is driving the prices of everything up & off the charts as far as being reasonable.

Great low prices, and the store in general is very messy. Lots of staff working around the store trying clean and organize products in all departments. Staff is nice and fast getting you checked out and on your way.

Most of the time is a mess, no AC also bathrooms are no longer open for customers. This North Salem Location just keeps getting worse. And there’s still as I’m typing 15 mins till closing and they’re already turning off lights around the store..

The staff is friendly. They could work on cleanliness and organizing. A lot of the time it's super unorganized.

We really liked the selection and prices for home art and children's shoes. Found a few things for myself in apparel but was a lot of skimpy clothes, pretty much everything was crop tops. Huge line, had to wait a long time to check out, probably 20 minutes or more. Would have been nice if more staff was available. Overall great store.

I think it's a GooD store BUT... it needs to be little more fast about the cashers because Saturdays and Sundays there's alot of people and it makes a Big line
