Big O Tires

Called and asked if they had my tires and they did and had a good installation price. Had just bought a car that had uneven trim on all tires. Two were bad and 2 were good. Went in to buy the two tires but said they would only sell them in a set of 4. Had enough for 2 did not have the $300+ for 4 right now so we left with our uneven worn out tires because they were 'safer' than 2 new and 2 good ones. But they were nice about it and apologized. Looked clean and orderly.

Very easy to pick out what you want,they have many choices from standard to performance and great prices , the staff are friendly and fast. They have comfy couches for you to wait for your car. Just a quick and pleasant experience.

I was very impressed by their willingness to give me different options and specific details about tires. They didn’t try to push me into buying expensive tires and I didn’t want expensive tires. Only suggestion would be to make the customer you are currently working with the priority. Making eye contact and listening can go a long ways. All around I’d recommend this place. Always been impressed with every Big O.

I have always been hesitant about taking my car to shops, especially being a widow. But, this place I always feel good about taking my vehicle to Big O Tires. Honest, friendly and caring employees they have. Thought I needed brakes on my car, asked them to replace them. They called me up, and said are you having difficulties with your brakes? I said no, just they needed to be changed out...then, They said my brakes were fine, we will clean them up, said "brakes should be good for another 5 months" made my Day!!!!!

This is an old school feeling tire shop with a touch of modern! They had a friendly feel to them, and had a nice waiting room. They took a little bit to do the simple tire patch, but the extra time was for a job well done! And it was very cheap!! Great business.
