Outstanding service. They came and changed my spare tire so I could get my car in for a repair. Best part was they did not charge me even though my tires were not from them!

Very fast and courteous. They always fix my flats for free. And i got a complimentary tire rotation with my allignment today.

I have a unique perspective with this company. My personal mechanic has worked with a number of the employees who currently work at Les Schwab and after the job is finished I let him look at the work done. He then contacts Les Schwab and questions them about what was done. Once he finds out which employee did the work, he then knows if it was done properly or not. 5 stars to Les Schwab for hiring exceptions employees who know their job, and do it right the first time. Including excellent customer service.

Expect to be at the store at least double the amount of time they tell you. They do try hard, I feel, but service takes a very long time. Better off dropping it off in the morning and picking it up in the afternoon/evening.

I've been using Led Schwab in Idaho and Oregon for twenty-five years. They are awesome!
