Big O Tires

Driving my RV from Ohio called for opinion about issues. When arrived they were very helpful very easy to talk to very knowledgeable and very easy to work with on price. The shop was very busy yet they took care of us quickly. Every employee had a smile on their face were very willing to help and talk about any questions. The best service I have ever had anywhere feeling welcomed and well taken care of. Inspite of the $800.00 cost, new front tires and shocks. Thank you for making our out of town very pleasant! Higher ups and management your employees are great take note!

I stopped in to get a tire fixed at Big O Tires on Menaul near Louisiana and while I had to leave it there as they were very busy, I was able to pick it up at lunch the next day and have it reinstalled. The process was quick and painless. Derek and his crew work hard and run an honest business. I would highly recommend them to anyone whether you need a flat fixed a whole set of tires. They will be happy to help!!!

While out of town my wife's car needed new tires. Big O never disappoints. She went in without an appointment and was taken care of expeditiously! I am a customer for life there as these folks are dependable and skilled at what they do. They are 10-star in my opinion. Highly recommend this business.

Great experience at Big O. I could only come in 20 minutes before closing but Freddie said to come on by. They were very helpful and quickly patched the nail in my tire. I'll definitely come back for future tire needs.

We needed to get our tires worked on during a cross-country trip recently and Derek was able to take us as walk-ins. Got a tire rotation and 2 new ones same day. Hung at the mall across the street to wait. Didn't feel pressured to overspend or anything. Decent shop.

We were on vacation, passing through the Albuquerque area when the TPM light came on in our Outback. We'd had a very good experience with Big-O Tires in Elko, NV a few years back while on vacation and decided to try the closest Big-O on Menaul Ave. I spoke with Derek and he said he'd work us into the schedule as a walk-in and should have us on our way in 2 hours or so. I watch the tech from the waiting room, he did a great job, dismounted the tire from the wheel removing the debris and properly patching the puncture. When he had the wheel back on and the car on the ground he torqued the lug nuts by hand. Excellent repair. All of this took closer to three hours. When I went to pay the bill, it was a No Charge, Derek said we had been waiting longer that expected, so No Charge. Thank you Derek and staff for an excellent repair and great service. I highly recommend Big-O Tires on Menaul Blvd in Albuquerque.

While I did recieve good customer service and care, I've come to find that discount tire over all has more cost effective prices and offers more free services. I unfortunately had to go with big O because you were the only ones who had tires in the size I needed available same day. I didn't have the option to wait for a special order otherwise I would have gone with discount. They offer the same exact tires for $70 less per tire & they don't charge for TPMS kits either which ran me $360 disgusting I could have saved over $500 in total had I just went to discount and waited for the order to come in instead.

I made an appointment for an alignment over a week beforehand. After waiting an hour and a half, my car was still sitting in the parking lot. Had they let me know when I arrived they were backed up, I would have happily rescheduled. These kinds of issues are 100% avoidable with good communication. I’ve been a Big O customer for years, not sure I’ll be back. Really disappointed over this utter disregard for people’s time.

I broke down 30 min from Albuquerque and had to be towed to Big O. Paulie was very helpful and professional on the phone and in person. Exceptional service from all the employees I encountered. My car arrived at their shop after 3pm and was still finished the same day!

I don’t do reviews but the service there was so amazing I knew I had to. I was on a long road trip to Moab, Utah when I got a tire pressure warning. In the previous two weeks I had 3 different mechanics who swore there was no leak and it was just because of the temperature change I was having issues. Pulled into here and even though they were super busy they promised they would look at the car within 30 minutes because they knew we had a long trip ahead of us. They poured over the tire for over an hour before they found the tiniest screw in the tire. They patched it up immediately and got us on our way. Thanks to them I got an anxiety free trip and drove around Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park without worry that I would get a flat at the wrong time. Huge shoutout and a very special thank you to Derek for the fast and friendly service.
