Big Paws Pet Grooming

Made an appointment for today. Took time off to be at the house for said appointment. When they were late I called for an ETA and was told that they were already there at the time they said they would be. Was also told by the lady that answered the phone that they had pounded on the door and called me a couple of times while they were in my drive way, none of this occurred. Anyone who has a dog knows that they let you know when someone is at your door. They were rude on the phone and told me there was nothing that they could do to remedy this situation.

Took my Shih-tzu in for the first time on a Saturday. In at 10 she was ready before 12. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to listen to what I wanted done. I'm happy to have a place I feel comfortable leaving her and she looked AWESOME when I picked her up. We will both be happy to return!

I have a giant breed dog, and was concerned about using mobile grooming. Tiffany and Howard were compassionate and careful handling my big girl, and Tiffany put extra effort into getting her dematted, and cleaned. I highly recommend Big Paws mobile grooming.
