Pet Supermarket

I love this place and believe it or not, my dog does, too! He didn't like the washing station as first, he became accustomed to it very quickly! The staff is courteous and welcoming. I'd recommend this business!

I went to this store a few weeks ago and saw a dog dress that I loved for my Penny but once I tried it on her in the store sadly it was too small. An assocate there called the Charlotte store and they have had a larger size. She drove the next day to Charlotte to pick it up for me and called me to let me know I could come by the Rock Hill store to pick it up. Now thats what I call exceptional customer service. Thanks Ladies.

Its a nice clean store. A little high priced in my opinion but others may disagree. Its worth going to take a look at and make up you opinion.

It's a nice pet shop with a variety of small animals , reptiles and fish . They have washing station for dogs nice place. You also get to meet some nice people and their pets.

I brought a bunny from there and i had it for only 2 days!! I had to take it back because it had diarrhea and two days later, i called to check up on the bunny and i was told it was dead in the worst way!!! I told a friend about it and they told me i should have never went there because all they animals die after having them for a couple of days, but at least i get a refund and i can go somewhere else.... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!! YOU ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY.
