A great movie theater with a wonderful cafe in the front. Friendly staff, relaxed ambiance, good service and tasty, affordable food. The Big Picture Theater is also a community and cultural center for the Mad River Valley area. The theater also hosts an international human rights film festival each January. Highly recommended!

This is a very comfortable place to eat and or watch a movie. You are allowed to eat dinner in the theater or enjoy your adult beverages.

Fun old theater. Interior a little tired but quite fun. Staff are delightful and you can get food in the attached café and eat while you watch.

Nothing quite like an excellent meal from a caring team followed by a movie worth seeing (and a drink while you're at it). Great people, menu, beer/cider/wine selection, solid movie choices ... and often new and old friends to run into.
