They have all the new movies on the day of the scheduled release date. As usual, the food is VERY overpriced, but what do you expect from a movie theater. the seats are soft and comfortable, but not leather(I'm not complaining). The screen is not that big, but that's fine.

I frequent this theater quite often - at least two or three times a month. This movie theater is a GREAT value compared to many other theaters. $9 a ticket is AMAZING! Plus, with their rewards card, you earn points on snacks, movies, etc.
Their staff is also very friendly, sociable, and have gotten to know many of them over the times I've visited.
The only reason I can't give it five stars over my review is that the screens are a little dated compared to some other movie theaters, and the seats can sometimes be a bit subpar depending on which showing room you're in, but overall -- for the low ticket cost, the friendly staff, the service, and multitudes of showings, it's hard to beat Flagship in Rutland VT.

the employee named halee at the movie theaters was very nice and helpful and answered all my concerning questions she was very polite and the only nice employee there. Besides that fact the movie theaters is pretty nice but there price for food is outrageous and they should definitely take in consideration to lower the price for a much more reasonable amount also they should have more food choices and they shouldn't charge you 5 dollars to get a soda but besides the prices with the food it's a pretty good movie theater and if you ever go i definitely ask to talk to halee if you have any questions she's definitely the person to go to

Bought a souvenir bucket of popcorn last year as they convinced me that I would be able to refill it anytime for just 4.00 after paying some outrageous amount for it. I don’t come to the movies very often but today decided to come and bring the bucket and alas they have now added an expiration date and I was invited to buy a brand new one as my old one will not be refilled for 4.00. Wouldn’t have bought it if I had been told it was time limited. I am not fond of being scammed.

It's frustrating to be a movie fan in the Rutland area. This is the only real option and it's honestly an extremely poor experience.
I have repeatedly had a very poor movie viewing experiences at Flagship. Recently, a movie I went to see started 20 minutes late due to the theater forgetting to start the film. Another example happened during the recent Star Wars movie. The film cut out and then resumed 20 minutes ahead of where we left off but only after forcing us to rewatch 15 minutes of local previews. This spoiled the movie and was a disapointment to say the least. Neither time was there any apoligy or compensation.
The theaters at Flagship are aging and in poor condition. The seats in this theater are old and honestly uncomfortable. The video is dark in the 2D theaters. Depending on your theater, you will have limited viewing options due to the poor layout of isles cutting through the middle of the theater. The audio varies from theater to theater but is acceptable at best and generally is below average.
Overall this is not a premium experience and I would rather wait for a video to come out on DVD then watch it here.
