Had a wonderful experience! Store manager was super friendly, and VERY helpful. Lifted lots of stress off our shoulders. Different kinds of storage units at wonderful prices. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Everything about my experience using Big Red Storage was excellent. Reserving and renting the storage unit and parking space was quick and easy. Josh answered all of my questions and helped me determine how much space I would need. The unit was clean and the facility was secure. Moving in and out was fast and convenient. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing storage space.

Outstanding service, josh knows his stuff.  I love my unit and will keep going back.  It’s great to see quality service, it’s rare to find it these days

I enjoyed the friendly staff at Big Red Storage @ Van Dorn location.  They were so easy to work with and the facility was always clean and orderly.  I highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Josh, and the staff at Big Red Storage.  My father was going into assisted living and needed a storage unit.  Josh made the process simple and quick.  He answered all of my questions, and even let us use a free truck.  I would whole heartedly recommend this business to anyone.
