Had a great experience at Big Sandy. I took my time and no pressure was put on me to buy. Lisa was my sales Rep. I told her what I was looking for and she took me straight to the recliners that was for a big boy. Excellent service. Most comfortable recliner in the whole store as far as I am concerned.

Our experience at Big Sandy Superstore was excellent! We needed all new appliances for a rent house and Jay took care of us. We shopped around and Big Sandy's prices couldn't be beat! Jay was quick with the quote and ordering the appliances. We will be back!

Thomas was wonderful.  Was honest about the differences in washers and dryers I liked that.  Gave us options we went in to spend $1000 but left happy spending $1800.  Never know.  thank you
