Bigelow Surgical

I got a feminine hygiene product and later realized that it was cheaper by $20 in other stores and online. I went back to return it with the receipt and box unopened. The guys at the counter were literally making faces. Very bad customer experience. Though this store has a good variety of products, I will at-least not revisit.

Love all the cosmetics and perfumes. Love bigelow brand. Everything is expensive but the unique products are quite nice. Staff was a little distracted but service was acceptable.

When duane reede and Walgreens give you a weird look when you ask for something just a bit obscure.... Come here. Or just come here first. Suggest the later.

Guy at the medical supply counter upstairs no one else there could not have been less interested in helping me
