Bike Peddler

I bought my bike here 7 or 10 years ago and neglected maintenance. I brought it in for maintenance, several broken spokes, dirty, and way out of gear alignment. They replaced a wheel, chain, and cleaned it up and tuned it. I had some issues with gears after I picked it up, but I brought it back and Nate went through it and noticed a few more parts that needed tuning and replaced. No hassel and great service, the staff is very friendly and experienced,and the prices were actually under what I was expecting after my neglect. I highly recommend this shop.

I have been coming to the bike peddler for over 10 years. I buy my bikes there, and get 100% of maintenance done there as well. I have never been disappointed. The service is top notch. I recently had a significant amount of work done on my bicycle at the Bike Peddler. They did such a good job that it feels like a brand new bicycle. Thank you Bike Peddler! I am a customer for life!

Easily the best bike shop for the begginer/avid/expert rider out there. With a big selection of items for your bike or apparel as well as their in store bike garage. I got my bike fixed since my rear derailleur hanger broke and they fixed it up within one week since they had to order the part. As well as follow up calls on updates with my bike and they even threw in a new rear bike tire since they noticed mine was running with chunks taken off of it. Easily my favorite and only bike shop I'll gladly step into. As well as the amazing staff, couldn't ask for a better shop in Salem. Much love

Best service, great rental selection, excellent tuned bikes no brake drag underinflated tires and a decent price makes it a go to place. Located near the waterfront makes it ideal.

My daughters bike needed to be fix and Nate was able to fix it in 15min . Nate was super friendly and nice . All the stuff had amazing customer service !

I had an issue with an e-bike I ordered online, right out of the box. Took it to a shop down the street and they were rude- to the point that I just left, and walked down the street to the Bike Peddler. I was greeted, music was playing, and everyone seemed to be in great spirits. I was told what was wrong with my bike, and they even fixed it a day early. VERY reasonably priced, cheery people. You can tell they care about being a part of the community. Great experience!

I bought a bike from these fellows 12 years ago and I am still riding. The staff is usually helpful although there have been a couple boogers over the years. If you are in a jam and really need your bike fixed and that is your only mode of transportation they will rush you through, if you beg. Wink wink.

I was interested in upgrading my road bike. Kallan and CJ at Bike Peddlers were so wonderful and took time to explain everything regarding the bikes i was interested in. Their knowledge and kindness sold me as much as the bike. With their help I found my bike! Wonderful experience. High recommend!

Nate took a phone call from my husband regarding putting our new e-bikes together we bought online. He was courteous, respectful, accommodating and my husband was extremely impressed from a business stand point. This is saying a lot. My husband doesn’t typically tell me to go leave a 10 Star Review for somebody. But Nate on left in photo has earned a new raving fan! We are really excited to get riding!
