Buchika's Ski & Bike Shops

I have been to the shop many times and they are always very helpful. I own 6 bikes and they have helped to service and supply parts for all of them. The biggest reason I want to leave a review is they just finished building my new bike and I couldn't be happier. They built it fast and even got the additional parts it needed when the bike didn't come with the right stuff. All in all they are a great bike shop and I would highly recommend their mechanics to any rider.

I had been frustrated with the store in Nashua because I was sold crossbars to use with my old Thule Hullavator and they did not work. That said, the staff did their very best to try to make it work and then suggested that I go to the store in Salem to ask for Jeff. I went there today and they made everything right, replacing the bars with ones that work easily with what I already own, and they took care of putting them on and refunded me the difference in cost. Fantastic service. They have earned my business and I will go back to them when I am ready to buy an E bike

A coworker and avid skier recommended Buchika's to me. I went this weekend and was helped by Keegan. He was professional and quickly dialed in to my needs to outfit me with new ski boots, skis, bindings, and poles. His coworker helped my wife get set up with new skis and bindings and was just as professional. After this great experience we will definitely be repeat customers.

Excellent service! I recently purchased a Thule roof rack and cargo carrier for my vehicle from Buchika's. Dave set-up as much of the system in the store where it's warm and then he installed the rack and cargo carrier on my vehicle. He took time to explain each of the parts and the proper way to install it for future reference. Excellent & friendly service.

One of the best shops around. I bought my son a bike from there with the intention of taking him with me to the bike park. Come to find out the bike we got didn’t meet the standards of the bike park. I went back in to see if they had any recommendations on how I can make it ready. They instead took the bike back in on a trade and got us out the door with something ready to go. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

My high end bike had a serious problem 3 days before a big cycling trip, Spoke with Ron in service, who assured me he would get it fixed, Ron got my bike in when the store opened and came through with the repair. Runs perfect. Thanks Ron! You saved the day!

Awesome service by the folks from Buchikas. Now that they have arrived in Nashua, I have used them twice for my Canondale road bikes and couldn’t be happier. Great work and great price for tuneups and service.

We visited the new bike shop in Nashua on 9/4. Ryan was SUPER helpful and spent quite a bit of time asking questions, showing us different features and helping us pick out the perfect bikes and accessories so that we would have the most enjoyable riding experience. We never felt rushed even though there were quite a few people in the store. They even helped us load the bikes on the car. Great experience that you're not going to get at a big box store - we highly recommend!

Spent 1K+ on a new bike. Was told to bring it back after the break-in period for a free tune up. Did lots of rides and it was time so we called and asked if we needed an appointment for our tuneup, was told "no just bring it in". Loaded up and headed over. The repair shop person accused us of not knowing how to ride a bike because it should not need a work yet, and told us we would have to make an appointment. His demeanor was completely unprofessional. NOT IMPRESSED at all.

Service center- in Salem NH -called to make sure we did not need an appointment for disc brakes to be serviced after a new purchase. Was told no it was walk in. Walked in, told the guy in the service area that the brakes needed adjusted because they were making noise. He accused my son of doing something to them and went into the computer system to tell us we has 3 accounts, this was our first time in, and that he could get us in Wednesday. How is that walk in service, today is Saturday.
