Stopped in to pick up my first surf-skate, and had a dope experience! Wide selection of boards and components from the top manufacturers. Justins expertise made the selection process knowledgeable and easy. I’ll definitely be back for any skateboard/biking needs whenever I’m in the area. If your considering Bikefactory for a bike or board just go for it
I took my bike in for a tune up and installation of parts. I had to call the store twice to check the status and picked up the bike after an entire week. 1. Never called me to inform me when the bike was finished 2. No simple "sorry" or explanation to indicate acceptance of fault 3. Didn't bother to inflate bike tires From the good reviews I see here, I'm sure these guys can be pleasant to deal with but it seems they pick and choose who they offer good service to.
A well stocked shop with a variety of bikes, skate boards and electric bikes. The crew was knowledgeable and very helpful. I felt the prices were fair and I got my bike on their EOM sale. Awesome! I will definitely go back to upgrade or check out an electric bike.
I’m sorry we inconvenienced the staff by walking in today. We apologize for asking questions on basic bike specs ahead of a $5k purchase. We’d have been ok if you showed us the box or brochure of the bike you said you stocked. Sorry to be such trouble to the team… we will take this purchase and inconvenience elsewhere
Super duper knowledgeable, helpful, and patient staff. Unique selection of specialized brands and equipment you won’t find on Amazon. Mahalo!
Lots of brands and lots of bikes. The prices are steep but the brands are good for those kinds of prices.
I got really poor service. After 3 visits and a couple of hundred dollars, the mechanics at Bike Factory wound up doing more damage to my bike. And of course, they told me I had to pay more for repairs that were only necessary because of the poor work they did on the bike. Initially, they replaced the chain but did not install the new chain properly which did damage to the gears, crankshaft, and shifters. It also wore out the new chain after only riding the bike 4 times since it was replaced. I recall the owner actually mocking me for having faulty parts on the bike, but one of the parts he cited as faulty was the brand new chain, which wore out quickly because it was not installed properly. I tried to explain this on the third visit. However, when I presented the receipt I was only given the name of the mechanic who performed the work. If I understood correctly, they were telling me I should address these problems with the mechanic on a personal level. But my transaction was with the business, not an individual. There is no sense of responsibility for the poor quality service. Anyway, all I could do was cut my losses and take my broken bike elsewhere. The hundreds spent at the Bike Factory and the fact that I have to pay more to fix the additional damage is a straight loss.
Great variety of bikes & accessories but best of all was the knowledge and friendliness of Jace & the team. 100% recommend!
I took an electric bike with a flat tire in to get it changed out and a new one. After a $75 charge, I took my bike home. I road the bike one time about 5 miles and the tire was flat again. I took it in the next day, another $75 charge and new tire, they claim to have found the problem. Three days later, once again flat. This time we ordered a tube online and decided to try and see what the issue was ourselves. It took all of 20 seconds to find the metal piece lodged in the tire not the tube that was causing each tube to flatten. It cost $20 to fix ourselves, should’ve done it ourselves to begin with. It would’ve saved a lot of time and money.
Justin and Reese were so helpful and they gave off a great vibe.. I originally went in for an electric skateboard but I must be honest it intimidated me..lol anyways I left with something better. An electric scooter which fit me perfectly and felt more safe. I really appreciated all the help given the best part was I got to try out both items! It was fun and a great experience. I would definitely recommend coming here. You won’t be disappointed!
