What a great store with super helpful service. We were fresh on the island with both bikes needing fixing up. We were provided immediate service and helpful suggestions. I had a problem with one of the purchases after a week of touring and they were happy to make an exchange. They definitely go the extra mile! Thank you! Bob and Sarah.
I walked into this store and was greeted with true aloha spirit. Uncle helped me try out four bikes of varying styles to really help me choose what I was looking to get out of my bike. They offered free warranties on the bike and a free one-year membership to the Hawaii Bicycling League. They also offer a free tune-up within a few months of buying your bike. Overall a great buying experience. Highly recommend.
We have gotten a few flats fixed and the prices are affordable. They fixed it while we waited. It's like walking down memory lane while you wait. They have some nice vintage bikes that are fun to look at. Fun place for the littles to see some cool "back in the day" bikes and different versions of bikes. Very homey feeling. They will definitely have what you are looking for. If you have OCD this shop is not the place for you!
One of the best bike shop I have ever been! Wide range of selection of bikes and accessories. Friendly and knowledgeable staffs. We went to get our old bikes tuned up. We thought the bikes would need some major work since we have not used them for a while. The staff there even talk us out of doing major service to the bikes and only getting a standard maintenance. It saved us over $200.
Hands down the BEST bike shop I 've been to on Island so far. I asked for a tune up and for a inner tube to be replaced. One of the workers, I believe his name was Jay, estimated a week turn around time. I told him the urgency of the need for the bike within 2 days or so because of competing in my first triathlon. He said he would see what he could do. I get a call from the shop, within 3 hours, letting me know that I could pick my bike up that same day. AMAZING!!!!!!! I know where to take my bike back to when I need repairs or upgrades.
Great selection of affordable quality bicycles/gear, knowledgeable and friendly staff, excellent customer service and quick turn-around on tune-ups and other bicycle maintenance. Purchased new bikes for my kids here and continue to come to this store, exclusively, to have our stable of bikes serviced. Love this place!
The absolute best service I have received on island. They walked me through my first bike purchase and taught me everything I needed to know with a smile. Jay and Jane have made a customer for life out of me, and I couldn't be happier!
Great bike shop with the latest accessories for your old and newer bike's for all ages. Plan on going back to get better tires and tubes then lights and a bike rack,all together about $150 to 200$ is very reasonable. MAHALO
The folks at Eli Cyclery are the best. They didn't try to sell me things I don't need. They conditioned my bike for a race in half the estimated time, and for less than expected. And Brian even figured out the combination to my hitherto unusable bike lock, at no charge. Ray fitted the bike to me, and hoisted it onto my bike rack for me. These folks made me a customer for life! Thank you Eki Cyclery.
I completely agree. Went there for a bent front axle. They gave me a used one for a dollar. Extremely helpful and an excellent selection of bikes. My kids next one will be purchased here.
