Billet Bike Shop, LLC

I would avoid this place, it is not a place to bring a bike for service. Was told the bike was done. I arrived and nothing was even started. Told to come back in 2 hours and was still not done. The place is a biker hangout and not a service repair shop. I now go to Empire Cycle!! They are the best and real bike shop.

Standing outside of Billet bike shop at 10 a.m. there's always a note on the door saying call this number but the number doesn't work or is busy. My bike is currently leaking oil possibly a safety hazard I can see somebody inside the window who gave me a one-finger like just wait a moment and then disappeared and hasn't come out since. I really just need to talk to a technician and have them look at my bike to tell me if it's safe or not and possibly an easy quick fix. Went to the front door and knocked no answer as well. Starting to make me feel and think back to the days when I used to do have to deal with people on drugs. Reading other reviews solidified it for me. I won't be back.

Had a great experience. I went in with a carb issue and a need to have new tires mounted on a Gold Wing. Not exactly in their sweet spot, but, many months later all is well and the price and service was great.

Blake is one of the best and reputable mechanics I know. Priced less then Harley but quality is 100 times better. If you want personal service take your bike here. He stands behind his work to the full 100 percent.

Knowledgeable mechanics and reasonable prices. It's worth a little hassle to go to an out-of-the-way kind of place.
