Bio Green Outdoor Services is a locally owned company with 2 convenient locations to serve NOVA customers (Sterling and Manassas). With over 30 years of serving our lawn care & sprinkler customers, we're committed to and have a passion for lawn care, (including soil dynamics, turf management, correct conservation techniques, etc.) to make your outdoor living easier. You can also benefit from our design, installation, service & maintenance programs for lawn & garden sprinkler systems, landscape lighting systems, mosquito control solutions and drainage solutions services.

The technician took time to make sure the job is done properly, but still missed something, as we noticed the utility box for sprinkler system in the backyard remained open a few weeks after the winterization. Long exposure of the pipelines, wires, etc., to rain and animal activities may cause problems and the cost of repair may fall on the customer. Not sure how they will handle the issue when real problem occurs several months later during Spring turn-on. Hope there is a happy ending.Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance
A few months ago there was a mix up in which by mistake it was reported that I was moving in when in fact I never notified Bio Green of such thing; the service was suspended and I was frustrated trying to understand what happened. Long story short, this week I got a call from Dave Schrader that made me feel much better and fully recover the trust in Bio Green. He really wanted to get to the bottom of it and showed great customer care. My lawn improved a lot after starting the program with Bio Green and I am happy to report that not only they take care of the lawn but also of their customers. We purchased our home in the summer of 2010 and the lawn was in terrible condition. We wanted a lawn care service and an irrigation system so we chose Bio Green who offered both services. We started the lawn care service in 2010 and had them install an irrigation in 2011. After five years of service, our lawn looks great - the best on the block. In the first couple of years we had some issues where the grass was browning. Bio Green's team spent a lot of time trying to determine the issue. After many tests, they found a problem with our irrigation system. While it was an installation issue, I do have to say that they did a great job addressing the issue. Our irrigation system is working great, Bio Green's lawn service is doing it's thing and our lawn looks fantastic! I highly recommend Bio Green for your lawn care needs.
