Literally been sitting in here for 30 minutes waiting for an order that was placed AN HOUR AGO. Meanwhile walk ins have been served, eaten, AND left all in the time I've been here. Still sitting here foodless as I write this.

Customer service was great. But the food was meh. The burgers were dry and had no flavor. I wound up just throwing it out and eating cereal. It use to be so good, the juiciest, most flavorful burgers but I was just really disappointed

I love this place! Everytime I go my food is hot and delicious. The small size is as big as a large from anywhere else. I love the fried pickles and fries the most.

Enjoy the food. The customer service used to be very good and friendly not at all and the last few times I have been there they can't say thank you.

No happy with the way my foods been coming out here. They fries have been hard lately. That's the main reason I go to bionic. The meat has a weird taste also.

Beat burgers in town and they give you a verity of options. Not ready for a hardy cheese burger? I have found that there philycheese steak sandwich is the closets one to a real one in town.
