I've been to a lot of McDonald's and sate down to see how they responded to the customer and or surviving them as we'll . This is definitely the place too go and get fresh food. Even thair French fries are a 110 % fresh. Kid-friendliness: You can bring your kids t McDonald's for their birthday party Parking: The parking is tough by the drive through but I will give it a 4 Wheelchair accessibility: Very assemble.
These guys got decent service times, and pretty good hard working employees. One of the few McDonald's in town that I haven't had anything to complain about. Getting in and out may be a challenge due to the Harry and Hillside intersection sitting right next to this. Parking is very limited. Use the app, don't pay the full price, ever!
The food is as it should be from McDonald's. Fast food but they make it hot and fresh and send it out quick. They forget the Happy meal toy about twenty percent of the time which leads to my kid being upset for the rest of the day so they could work on that. Make sure to show up twenty minutes before the end of breakfast because if there is a long line and you get to the front to order breakfast right at 10:30 they will tell you they aren't serving anymore even if you were waiting since 10:15 or 10:20. I've went elsewhere a few times because of that. Parking: Parking on three sides of the building.
The manager was yelling and cussing out the other employees. Never have I seen so much disrespect from management. I’ve worked good service management for 4-5yrs and never seen this kind of interaction between employees before. The maintenance guy was wiping tables and was apologizing. I had my little girl and another family was there with little kids as well. I see why so many people drive to Harry and Rock for McDonald’s.
So, I like to sleep in and barely eat breakfast but I wanted to get something before a road trip. They totally messed up the order. The wrong sandwich and two of the correct ones didn't have the cheese. Not impressed with this location at all. Probably will not go to any of them for a while.Food: 1/5
Food used to be much better. Very little flavor. Noodles were stuck together in one big ball. Very cold inside restaurant. Service was decent though, for a takeout order.Food: 1/5
Just a quick snack while running errands. Fast friendly. Only issue was the fries definitely had the old oil taste
I love using the door dash but the resturant it self always gives pur food cold never hot cant blame doordash they young man waiting a while just to before they handed him our purchase each time i order from hillside it is never fresh or hot
Bought a big breakfast and the hash potatoes were missing. I had also requested strawberry jam and it was missing too. The coffee I ordered was loosely closed and when I picked it up to have a drink some of the coffee spilled on my hand and splashed on my blouse burning a small part of my chest.
Easily the best McDonalds in Wichita. I don’t know how they do it but it’s incredibly well managed and staffed. Food is always fresh and fast. 10/10
