I love love love this place! I am the happiest person after shopping at this Small Business in Claremont! The owner is hands-on with customer service. It was busy when I went in to window shop; after a quick hello from the owner I was in love with her. It felt like I was the only person in the store. I asked a ton of questions and received genuine responses to my questions. Not only did she have the old favorite style but the new ones as well. I loved her great customer service soooooo much I bought two pairs!!!!!! Please support this establishment when you in Claremont!!!!!

Exclusive Birkenstock retail store located in the Claremont Village in do downtown Claremont, CA. Good place to go to look for and try on Birkenstock sandals and footwear. Store and owner, Christine, has been around for over 35 years. Small shop but a good selection of the Birkenstock footwear line. Christine has been selling this line for nearly 40 years and is friendly and informative. Show your feet some love.

I had always stopped by many times with the intention of buying my first pair of Birks from them but they never had either my size or desired style, complicated times. Fortunately, one day I came by again after grabbing breakfast at Some Crust and I asked the lady again and she came through with the good looks. I do plan on getting more Birks because they’re mad comfortable. No cap.

Great customer service. Shop owner was more than willing to help me find a style and fit that I liked in my size. She helped me through the entire process and was extremely kind. The shop was very clean and had many cool items for sale other than Birkenstock sandals.

I left this store rather upset. I called in advance about a specific style of clog that I was interested in purchasing. After conversing over the phone, I told the associate that I would be stopping by to try on the shoes. She did warn me that the clog ran quite wide, but I still wanted to try it for myself. When I walked into the store, the first thing she asked me was "are we shopping or just browsing?" at which I told her I called about the clogs. She noticed my feet were not that wide and told me that she could tell that the shoes were going to be too wide - which they were. This is where things turned south for me and my mother. My mom wears wide shoes, and because they were quite wide, I asked if they maybe had something for my mom. The associate was very prompt to say "we don't have anything for her." She asked me where I had heard about Birkenstock, and I told her I had been interested in purchasing some of their sandals and noticed that they carried products catered toward medical personnel. At this point another customer walked in, and he politely told the associate that he could wait for her to finish up with me and my mother. She told me about the inserts that I could use on some of my other shoes, and rather than asking if there were maybe any other styles that I was interested in, she just dismissed me and my mom and assisted the other gentleman. There was a Birkenstock shoe that piqued my interest, and I took the shoe down, made eye contact with the associate, and she quickly turned her gaze away from me. She did make sure to go the extra mile for this other customer - offering other styles and colors, letting him know which ones were very hard to come by because of their popularity, offering to punch extra holes in the strap of the sandals, etc. I put the shoe back on its space, and thanked the woman. By not responding at all, she made sure to make me and my mother feel unwelcome.

Christine was very attentive and patient. She was very knowledgeable in informing us about how to care for and protect our Birkenstocks from wear and tear. Definitely recommend!

The best Birkenstock store I've ever visited in So. Cal! The associate was helpful and personable. The store appears well stocked with Birkenstocks, other brand shoes, socks, jewelry, and many other items. Great parking availability! It was a pleasant atmosphere and in a great location. I will return for my next pair of Birkenstocks in the future!

Owner was incredibly helpful in finding me a pair of Birkenstocks. I needed a specific pair for work, I work in a professional kitchen, and I need nonslip backed shoes that I can stand in all day. She called and special ordered me the last pair that was currently available. She gave me a call as soon as they arrived, made sure to double check that they fit me right, and I was on my way.

So excited I got these flip flops with arch support. It's a game changer. $75 and worth it
