They don't answer the phone. They only post vague information on their Instagram that doesn't tell you how to enter their "raffles"

They have great customer service. The price points are very reasonable and fair. A great boutique for those niche shoppers who don't want to deal with the hustle and bustle of all the big malls. Great place to go for serious heat!

Bought some shoes 10 days ago. He did not send a tracking number. I reached out to him via phone, email and IG and he still hasn’t responded. There a reason why your people say you won’t return your customers phone calls. That’s bad business

Great customer service, they make you feel like family and will go the extra mile to help you find what you’re looking for.

Use to love this place when I could stop by and today I actually planned on maybe getting a pair of shoes or 2 but the guy working only said hello when I walked in and helped a lady finish her purchase then guy takes a phone call and gets all upset starts cussing them out so when he went in the back I just walked out.
