Black Diamond

I purchased a pair of lightweight liners and they came apart at the seams. When I took them to the store, the associate replaced the gloves with a heavier pair at no charge right then. I am very satisfied with the way I was treated. I would recommend this store as well as its products.

Where am I supposed to park? You have an event at BD, and all the parking within half a mile is taken. The store deserves a better location.

Pretty hit or miss. Store and gear is great. Some employees are helpful and others are downright rude.

Amazing shop. The only place to get climbing equipment. To see all the Black Diamond product right here is the best!
