Make sure you open your order before you leave this place to make sure you got what you ordered otherwise they will do the impossible to not fulfill what you purchased! I bought a gr of bubble hash and when I got home I found out that they only gave me half gram so I called them and the manager acknowledged the mistake and told me that he would put a note in my account for the next time I would come come back. Well, I just got back from that place and oh surprise that they didn’t find any note and gave me the most ridiculous excuse to not fulfill their word… I’m frustrated not because of the money but because they don’t keep their word. You are better if you go to Starbuds, at least you earn points there that you can use for future purchases and their products are fresher/better.

Blair always has a great selection and usually the best prices. It's pretty much my go to dispensary for all my THC products. Great and friendly staff as well.

Was treated like I was just another sale, another dollar. I expected a much more professional, caring environment. All I got was a paper with deals shoved in my face, annoyed and rude employees, and a budtender that kept saying, "Good sale, good sale." Will not be coming back here ever again. edit 11/24 At no point did anyone from this place try and contact me as they claim they did.

I love this dispensary because i always feel at home when i walk in the door. Very cozy and the employees are amazing !! Well some of them . I want to give a special shout-out to Basir ! And Ms Naima they are literally the best when it comes to budtending and customer service . We also have the wonderful Janae who sits at the front desk and greets you with a smile everytime . Very respectful and i hope to see her bud tending soon. -Love Lewis

I got two house packed 1/8ths and they were both short when I weighed them. Otherwise the employees were nice,though the lady who helped me in the back couldn’t tell me what the terps were on a strand I was purchasing. I think it’s smart they put a smoke shop at the exit and the facility itself seems upkept. If I wasn’t shorted I would rate 4 stars.

They don’t seem to understand the concept of pre-orders. They make you wait in the same line as all the folks who haven’t shopped yet. So wasteful operationally — everyone loses with longer lines. If you’re in a hurry or like pre-orders to be in & out fast— go elsewhere. Apparently these folks haven’t learned what Chipotle & Shake Shack have — and also Green Goods & other dispensaries around.

I have been a patient since 2018 and this was the WORST shopping experience of my life. I called prior to driving toconfirm about a BOGO 50% pre-pack flower deal. The receptionist confirmed with me that I can purchase Two Spritzer 8ths for the deal so I drove. the 40* minutes to their "store". When I arrived I asked the budtender for my order and I was told that you can't bogo the same item. Instead of honoring their word, the manager wasextremely rude and denied the deal. Keep in mind I live 40+ mins away..... lost a customer today.

Usually this is a good spot. But I ordered a go to order and didn’t receive my flower in the bag. They said it showed them putting it in the bag on cameras. But won’t show me. I’m not a huge flower person to begin with. Just wanted to try new stuff… very disappointed and will be taking my weekly spending money elsewhere.

Great experience and helpful staff at Blair Wellness. Many items to explore and lots of deals as well. Was able to try two strains with and was happy with the recommendation that I received from staff. Also recommend trying one of the elixirs.
